Amazing stay with the family
Pros:

The customer service was great. Rooms were so big and spacious.
The amenities were great too.
Location is perfect..

Cons:

They could use a thorough clean up on the beds..

The staff, the facility, room,cleanliness, amenities, kitchenette, Washing machine was a great help.
Stayed the second time and would definitely come again.

Cons:

Improvement can be made on the part of adding water absorbing mats to the kitchenette area and washroom front door.

Good for long-term stay
Pros:

Location is the real highlight of this property. This is central to most of key attractions in Dubai. Room is spacious and well appointed. Surjan in the housekeeping staff was a real delight to deal with.

Cons:

Food in room service wasn't that great. Parking spaces become limited after 11pm as they close basement parking. This forced me to park my car in public parking couple of times. Sound-proofing in rooms could be better.
