Not a cookie cutter hotel - loved it!
Pros:

This is no cookie cutter hotel chain. The property is very unique and the staff is exceptional. It's super clean and very well located.

Cons:

Parking was very expensive compared to the cost of the room. Tall ceilings and no carpet made the room a little louder than I would have preferred, but the floors are easy to clean and there are no lurking odors.

Pros:

Great place ! location superb! quite! new! staff is wonderful and loving dog atmosphere! Happy dogs happy us. Plenty of street parking. And best pillows in the world ;)) Once you get there you will understand:)

The first night there was a very loud outdoor rock bad playing into the night. My earplugs and a fan allowed me to sleep.

Pros:

Very close to everything downtown. Not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors if you are in a room between two rooms. Breakfast was not as filling but the coffee is great! Night receptionist was lovely! Smooth check-in.

Customer service was exceptional. Clean, comfy beds, great location.
Pros:

Lori and all the staff were exceptional at their jobs. Nothing was a problem. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfy and the brekky was yummy 😋

Cons:

It was a wee bit pricey but I suppose you pay for quality ☺️

Loud music until 10 pm
Cons:

Beware, this place is very close to a music venue and the music will be playing very loud until 10pm on the weekends. After that, I had no issues, but I wanted an early night and that definitely didn’t happen. I had the bad luck of staying on a night when there was a death metal band playing two doors away and my room faced the music venue. Would never stay or recommend to anyone.
