Customer service was exceptional. Clean, comfy beds, great location.
Pros:

Lori and all the staff were exceptional at their jobs. Nothing was a problem. The housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfy and the brekky was yummy 😋

Cons:

It was a wee bit pricey but I suppose you pay for quality ☺️

Loud music until 10 pm
Cons:

Beware, this place is very close to a music venue and the music will be playing very loud until 10pm on the weekends. After that, I had no issues, but I wanted an early night and that definitely didn’t happen. I had the bad luck of staying on a night when there was a death metal band playing two doors away and my room faced the music venue. Would never stay or recommend to anyone.

Was a fun experience.
Pros:

Great staff. Very helpful and kind. Great bedroom.

Cons:

Guest in the surrounding area where our bedroom was, were running up and down the hallway late at night. Also slamming their bedroom doors.

Parking around is impossible or you need to pay 25 dls more is not ok … also When I arrived at the lobby, it smelled strongly of food, as if they didn't have good ventilation. They need to add a good air freshener to create a fresh and clean environment.
