The breakfast was ok. The location was perfect for us as family we were visiting only lived a 10 minute walk away
Was a little noisy as the people in the next room were noisy. The room overlooked the street and the window did not fully close
The front guest host, Bernadette, is very nice and welcoming.
I'm not a fan of prepackaged breakfast food.
I was a little disappointed that I paid for a balcony room, and there was no chairs to sit out on it
The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Ruth. She was excellent. The parking is worth the cost.
The breakfast was adequate; it was nothing special. The location was good for being so close to excellent restaurants. However, downtown Santa Rosa is a bit rough.
It was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.
Nothing
The location is good and walking distance to many restaurants.
Parking: There is no parking at the facility. I had to park in a public garage two blocks away, which is inconvenient if you have luggage.
Breakfast: Very underwhelming. There was a limited selection and no hot food.
Room: The bathroom had a strong odor, and the sound insulation was terrible—I could easily hear the people in the next room talking.
Great location, friendly and very helpful staff, fair and reasonable pricing, clean and spacious room
Connecting rooms so sound does travel through walls-but staff solved our issue nicely
Our mini fridge wouldn’t stay on/cold -and because it was a weekend-couldn’t be checked by maintenance
Have to pre reserve parking at hotel-didn’t realize but found street parking so it worked out fine
STAY AWAY... no sleep due to no ventilation and Mildew/Dirty sheets stinking up the room all night. Disgusting worst stay of my life. My husband got an eye infection the next day from the bedding. There is no breakfast as stated. 0/10
Mildew nasty sheets and pillow smells like wet bedding that sat in a washer and wasn't dried. Can't open a window. Waste of money. Even a motel 6 would have clean dry sheets. Waste of our money.
No parking had to use a meter. Can not recommend!
Noise from hallways/other guests speaking in their room
Cool art throughout hotel. Clean & staff was very friendly and helpful
Nothing
Very clean, good size room, all was very good.
Didn’t see property. It was dark outside.
best hotel of my trip. Just wish I could have stayed longer and enjoyed the facilities
The breakfast was good. The coffee was great. I liked how there were games in the lobby/common area. The lobby decor was industrial with an artsy workshop vibe which I liked. The location was only a few blocks away from great restaurants and shops. I easily found parking on the street in front of the hotel. The suite was much larger than I expected - the bedroom was separated from the living area and kitchen, which was a plus for me.
I would have preferred eating breakfast using ceramic plates and metal silverware rather than with paper plates and plastic utensils.
People, guests and staff were friendly and helpful. Genuinely nice.
Everything was great.
