Pros:

Nice check in otherwise STAY AWAY... no sleep due to no ventaliation and Mildew sheets stinking up the eoom all night. Disgusting worst stay of my life.

Cons:

Mildew nasty sheets and pillow smells like wet bedding that sat in a washer and wasn't dried. Can't open a window. Waste of money. Even a motel 6 would have clean dry sheets. Waste of our money.
No psrking had to use a meter. Can not recommend!

Fanciful hotel in a fun location
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The coffee was great. I liked how there were games in the lobby/common area. The lobby decor was industrial with an artsy workshop vibe which I liked. The location was only a few blocks away from great restaurants and shops. I easily found parking on the street in front of the hotel. The suite was much larger than I expected - the bedroom was separated from the living area and kitchen, which was a plus for me.

Cons:

I would have preferred eating breakfast using ceramic plates and metal silverware rather than with paper plates and plastic utensils.

Modern hotel situated in old town Santa Rosa. Very decent.
Pros:

Great location. Our room accommodated 2 couples decently. Balcony allowed for fresh air. Primary bed was luxurious. Our friends took the sleeper sofa, no complaints.

Cons:

Rotating cast of people at the front desk, some nicer than others.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer.
Pros:

The property was well maintained, close to town and historic sites.

Cons:

For a luxury hotel, I was surprised that the breakfast items were not fresh from a bakery. I also would have appreciated directions for the coffee machine. I was not familiar with that product.

Great place to stay in Santa Rosa.
Pros:

Close proximity to all of downtown, only a ten minute drive to mount Taylor. Very comfortable rooms, quiet, clean and good vibe.

Cons:

The continental breakfast could be improved a little bit, by addng a second coffee machine/expanded coffee station and providing fresh pastries. With that said, the breakfast was still quality.

Modern, clean hotel. Downtown location so we could walk to restaurants. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Location made it difficult to pull up and check in. $25 for their parking garage was a lot, especially for a hotel guest. This hotel opened about 6 years ago, but the rooms lacked some features that would have been helpful. No hooks in the bathroom; only one bedside lamp (other side was so close to the wall); sofa but no coffee table to place drinks, etc. Robes & slippers provided, but why? There was no pool or spa. The Nespresso machine was over the top, and no instructions on how to use it. Modern is okay, but not always practical.

Very "boutique" - parking could have been a problem
Pros:

Great location. Very European. Odd room configuration - added to its "boutique" character.

Cons:

Parking could have been a problem but lucky to eventually find a good spot on the street. Sink in bathroom under a shelf - banged head when leaning forward.
