Enjoyed the stay, loved the hotels atmosphere, cleanliness, staff, cozy lounge. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The only good thing about my stay there was the bed and the pillows that was the only thing that was good about my stay

That it was close to downtown where we was at

Cons:

That the room was too small. The shower did not work right no pressure with the water. The bathroom was just not workable or not doable. It just wasn’t what I thought it should have been for that property.

Relax in luxury in the heart of downtown
Pros:

We've been in both balcony King rooms on the fourth floor - these have been a couple of my favorite stays in Sonoma County. Gorgeous views of the hillside to the east & walkable access to all of downtown.

Mini pink Frigidaire refrigerators, Nespresso coffee machines, comfy/luxury bedding, Tarocco toiletries in the bathrooms, beautiful standing mirrors as the closet doors...the details have all been attended to & make for a heavenly stay.

Cons:

My only request would be an option for a digital check-in. Street/highway noise can be a bit loud depending on the time of night.

Pros:

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Easy check in and check out. Room was well appointed and convenient to where we needed to go.

Cons:

The person staying next door to us had the television blaring when we arrived. Staff had to enter the room to turn the tv off as he was not in the room. When he returned he was screaming and yelling on the phone starting at 6:00 am so it was very unpleasant stay. This is no fault of the hotel but it would have been nice if they addressed the noise level with him. Bed was pretty small for two people.

A hip new vibe hotel. Super clean with excellent staff.
Pros:

Very clean. Breakfast lounge area was amazingly nice. Lori at the front desk was exceptional.

Cons:

Have to pay extra for parking.
