Perfekt, um preiswert in zentraler Lage wirklich komfortabel zu übernachten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und war dennoch ruhig. Die Betten sind angenehm weich und bequem. Auffallend war die sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner war vorhanden. Bei einer Nachfrage hat der Besitzer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.

私には丁度良い場所・建物だったので、また泊まりたいなと思いました。
Pros:

駅に近すぎるとガヤガヤうるさいので程良い距離と、1番は枕がホテル特有の高いやつではなく丁度良い高さで眠りやすかったです。

Cons:

予約後に送られてきたエントランスのオートロックの開け方、説明通りではありましたが、記載されている写真にはオートロック画面に反応(たぶんエラーの表示)があるのに実際の入る際には反応は無いので、どうやったら画面に表示されるんだろう？と手こずり私にはややこしいなと思いました。

Great neighborhood/location — I really liked the area and found it convenient for getting around Tokyo.

Value for money — even with the 50% discounted rate, the overall price felt a bit high relative to the amenities and cleanliness, and it didn’t quite match what I typically expect at that price point.

Cleanliness — the kitchen didn’t feel clean on arrival, and the room also seemed below expectations in terms of cleanliness.

Overly strict atmosphere — there were many signs listing rules and restrictions, which made the stay feel a bit uncomfortable and less welcoming.

Kitchen setup not as described — it was advertised as a full kitchen, but the actual equipment and supplies were very minimal, making it hard to use in practice.

Poor insulation — the window didn’t insulate well, so outside noise/temperature came through more than expected.
