Bel établissement mais pas à la hauteur des prix pratiqués
Pros:

La chambre était bien décoré, l'établissement était propre. Le mini bar de la chambre en libre service était très sympa. Et avoir accès à une enceinte personnelle dans la chambre était un vrai plus

Cons:

La réactivité du service n'était pas au niveau attendu d'un établissement 4 étoiles : comptez 30 minutes d'attente, voire plus, pour être servi.

L'accès au Beach Club est étonnamment compliqué, même en étant résident de l'hôtel : réservation obligatoire et démarches contraignantes.

Nous avons également constaté un vrai manque de souplesse de la part du personnel. Exemple concret : impossible de prendre un petit-déjeuner à 7h30 (ouverture à 8h), ni même d'obtenir un simple café. En revanche, aucun problème pour encaisser ce fameux petit-déjeuner...

Décevant au vu du standing affiché.

מתאימה לצעירים עם הרבה מוזיקה רועשת מהבוקר עד הערב.

Cons:

מוזיקה רועשת עד 11 בלילה. בריכה קטנה שילדים לא מורשים להכנס לחלק הפנימי. מחירים של אוכל קצת יקרים. חוף ים מבאס ללא ספורט ימי או מסגים וחול לא נעים.

Easy, clean, good food but too loud however very friendly staff!
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms. 7/11 right next door and good food!

Cons:

Very loud music that you can hear too well in the hotel rooms. The music is not always enjoyable. Also, the steet view rooms are even more noisy also during the nighttime. We luckily received a room upgrade to ocean view which was very nice. The music was still too loud unfortunately.

De lokatie direct aan het strand , goeie menu kaart , eten was top!

Cons:

Als je van rust houdt is dit niet de juiste lokatie , er is harde muziek van 11 tot 23 . Houdt je van zon zee en party is this your place to be

מיקום מצויין קרוב לשדה התעופה, קרוב למעבורת לקופנגן
וזו הסיבה שבחרנו לשהות לילה אחרי הטיסה ומעבר למחרת לקופנגן.
חדר מרווח ונקי,מזגן מצויין,מיניבר עם שתיה חינם וחטיפים בחינם.
צוות הקבלה שירותי מאוד ונעים מאוד.
לא הייתי בוחרת בו כנופש בקוסומוי אבל למטרה שלנו היה מושלם!

Denk 1 van de beste hotels van koh samui
Pros:

Nette kamers en mooi aangekleed. Het ontbijt wat we erbij hadden was echt van een heel hoog niveau.
Het eten bij het zwembad ook erg goed.

Cons:

Muziek blijft savond hard staan ook als eigenlijk de gasten grotendeels weg zijn bij het zwembad. Muziek stond vaak ook net te hard en is dan lastig om met elkaar te praten bij het zwembad. Van 11 tot 11uur is de muziek aanwezig
