Cons:

They should inform you in advance of the ongoing construction and road works outside of the building when you book. Minimum sleep!! We would have definitely booked elsewhere

The hotel guests should always take priority over the beach club, speak to your guests, get to know and ask them what their plans are for the day, at least they have the options rather than minimum spend .. there is a lot more to share but let’s put it down to experience

Большой чистый номер. Веселый отель бич-клаб.

Cons:

Бронировали проживание 2 номер с 26-28 декабря. Оплатили заранее. Из-за задержки рейса из Москвы не успели на стыковочный рейс и в отель смогли заселиться только 27 декабря в 11 часов утра.
У нас был оплачен завтрак, но персонал устроил истерику, что мы не можем позавтракать 27 числа, т к только заселяемся. Пришлось поругаться и обьяснить, что у нас ВСЕ оплачено проживание с 26 декабря!

Были также в прошлом году, но больше решили туда не ездить. Впечатления были испорчены..

El alojamiento es todo nuevo y las instalaciones están muy bien

Para lo que pagas no tienes opción de nada, el hotel tiene varias camas en las piscinas centrales que si quieres usarlas tienes que pagarlas como un extra ya que está más enfocado para el que entra de fuera que para el que está hospedado. Los que están en el
Hotel solo tienen derecho al uso de ciertas tumbonas que están en segundo plano ubicadas y no puedes acceder a las piscinas centrales, eso no te lo dice nadie a la hora de hacer la reserva, la sorpresa te la llevas cuando llegas al hotel y te empiezan explicar todo y te dicen que tienes que pagar hasta por respirar. Si necesitas otra toalla también te cobran. Todas esos pequeños detalles no aparecen en ninguna parte cuando se hace la reserva. Te compensa coger otro alojamiento y pagar un día para ver las instalaciones te van tratar mejor si entras de fuera que si estás dentro.
