Very poor customer service
Pros:

The property itself was ok

Cons:

We arrived at the hotel after coming over from Koh Phangan to Koh Samui for a short overnight stay, as we had plans to go to the cinema. It had been a long, hot journey, so we were hoping for a quick and easy check-in.

Unfortunately, the check-in process felt quite drawn out. There was very loud DJ music at reception, which made communication a bit difficult. We were also asked to complete a lot of paperwork with questions such as where we had been and where we were going next. I mentioned a few times that we live locally, and it was also very clear as my partner—who is Thai—was stood with me, but the process didn’t seem to be adjusted. It ended up taking around 15 minutes, which was a bit stressful given our time constraints.

We were then asked for a 3,000 baht deposit, which hadn’t been mentioned on the Booking.com listing. This felt quite high, especially compared to other places. The hotel also only accepted cash for payment, which we hadn’t expected.

Because of the deposit, we didn’t have enough cash on us to pay for the room. When we asked if we could settle this in the morning once the deposit was returned, we were advised to use a nearby ATM. As we had limited time before our cinema booking, this wasn’t ideal, and the situation became a little uncomfortable.

In the end, after some discussion, the deposit was reduced to 1,000 baht, which allowed us to continue with the stay.

It’s a real shame, as the hotel itself is beautiful—very new, high-spec, and with comfortable beds. However, the check-in experience and how things were handled did impact our overall impression.

Because of this, we would not stay here again. Very poor customer service

Zwei mal wirklich sehr schön ,aber wahrscheinlich kein drittes mal mehr.
Pros:

Frühstück und Zimmer mit Pool waren Perfekt! Der Rest ist ebenso wirklich sehr gut wenn man ein Clubhotel buchen will.
Und wir wären sicher wieder gekommen da es uns sehr Gut gefallen hat.

Cons:

Leider wurde mir ein Handtuch und ein Kopfkissenbezug bei der Abreise nach 4 Tagen in Abzug gebracht. Da sie angeblich so verschmutzt waren das man sie nicht mehr sauber bringt. Man sollte davor mal nachsehen Was der Gast für einen Umsatz gemacht hat und dann entscheiden ob er es nicht doch schon mehrfach bezahlt hat .Wir haben die ganzen Tage am Meer und Pool verbracht und Jeden Tag richtig, richtig viel Geld ausgegeben.
Wir waren schon das Zweite mal in dem Pool Apartment und das für mehrere Tage . Das zweit mal sogar noch mit einem Befreundetem Pärchen die auch ein Zimmer gebucht haben .
Da sollte man besser auf 1000 THB verzichten. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu Beanstanden.

Breakfast was pleasant, staff were pretty friendly. The 79 Luxury Room with Pool was incredible and such an enjoyable stay. We will absolutely be back.

Уборщица украла купальник и трусы, и я сама забыла пакет с косметикой, и когда я позвонила через час чтоб забрать , мне сказали что там ничего не было!!!

Unterkunft an sich gut aber Gäste zum Teilnicht tolerierbar

Die Anlage und die Zimmer sind soweit echt hervorragend und sehr neuwertig. Das Personal ist überragend nett

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Gepaart mit dem sich zum Teil fürchterlich benehmenden Gästen kann es schonmal sehr unangenehm werden. Wir hatten sowohl sehr viele sehr schlechte Begegnung mit Tages aber auch Hotel Gästen die auch komischerweise alle israelischer Herkunft waren… leider hat man auch ganz oft gesehen wie das top Personal unter diesen gelitten hat… alles in allem war es so unangenehm dass ich einfach mehrfach einfach auf dem Beach Club „geflohen“ bin um mit diese unerzogenheit nicht länger anschauen zu müssen.
