1
Generally praised (accueil, personnel à l'écoute, personnel charmant, service et sourire), but a few service shortcomings noted (billing/refund issue, a towel incident and occasional perceived unprofessionalism).

Frequently mentioned as well located and convenient (proche de restaurants, bien placé) and quiet despite nearby road; sentiment positive.

Rooms described as comfortable and modern (confort, très confortable, lits confortables, matelas et oreillers de qualité, belle vasque/receveur); clear positive sentiment.
Amenities

Good amenities cited (parking spacieux, borne de recharge VE, Nespresso, fontaine à eau, plateau de courtoisie), with minor complaints (inconvenient hairdryer).
Value for Money

Several serious value/price issues: mandatory €150 deposit described as detestable and a critical negative, plus a guest billing/overcharge for breakfast and concerns about breakfast pricing—strongly negative impact on perceived value.

Most guests report a very pleasant stay (tout était parfait, superbe, très agréable) with several praising welcome and atmosphere; isolated but significant negatives (deposit, billing) slightly temper the overall score.

Pros:

Both the bedroom and bathroom were well-organized, and the nearby Italian restaurant was good. Parking is convenient.

Cons:

The room wasn't ready even though the check-in time had passed, so I had to wait longer. Fortunately, a friendly staff member offered me a complimentary coffee.
