Pros:

The guard are very attentive and help us with our luggage from the taxi to the lift at check in and check out which is very appreciable.

Cons:

They ''give''us an upgrade but charge the price difference at check out because we used the two beds in room, the main bed was broken, and you could feel the spring on the mattress. The window type aircon at floor level is very old, super noisy and blow directly to the bed. The location of the hotel in a corner street and the paper like window (and curtain) make it super noisy all night long and impossible to sleep. One outlet for the whole room in a weird location. Disgusting stain on the furniture. It's not an expensive hotel, but the lack of care on most things is hardly believable.

Cons:

Fruktansvärt slitet, lampor som inte fungerade, kylanläggningen väsnades hemskt mycket, ingen städning, hiss som knappt fungerade, fönster mot trapphus. Toalett som rann.

Strategic location.
Pros:

I would pick this stay again because it is just a walking distance away from Luneta Park, Museums and just infront of the hotel, there is 7E with ATM. They also have cafe at the G floor. Very near to almost everything.

Great staff and reasonable cafe. Rooms were clean and functional. Good location by Rizal Park.

Cons:

Lift was slow and some things didn't work as well as they could but I've experienced worse! Overall very happy.
