Pros:

Prachtige kamer en sfeervol restaurant met uitzicht over de wijnvelden. Dichtbij Reims.

Cons:

Personeel was vriendelijk maar miste het overzicht bij het diner. Te weinig personeel bij het ontbijt. Ontbijt kan beter voor deze prijsklasse, maar wij kwamen niets tekort.

Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour passer un séjour parfait.

Endroit charmant et idyllique. Excellent petit déjeuner. Vue splendide sur les vignes. Chambre élégante et literie très confortable.

Cons:

Le Summer Sacy !.. à l’encontre de l’image de l’établissement et Trop d’attente aux stands alimentaires. Nous reviendrons mais à une autre date.

A serene escape in the heart of Champagne

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful, quiet vineyard with stunning views and offers easy access to Sacy, where you can enjoy champagne tastings at small, family-owned wineries. We had a wonderful experience; the restaurant was intimate and excellent.

The property is tucked away in a quiet, secluded area, offering a true escape. It is worth noting that you will need to arrange for a car, taxi, or ride-share to get around, which typically requires about 15–20 minutes of lead time. The train station is just a convenient 5-minute drive away, so as long as you plan your transfers in advance, it is very manageable.

A marvellous fab place to stay.
Pros:

Stayed here twice going out to Austria and back. It’s a really nice place to stay and i was in 2 fabulous rooms.

Everything was perfect: the location, the views, and the staff, who were incredibly professional and kind.

On the morning of our departure, the taxi we had booked never arrived. A member of the reception team kindly took his own car and drove us to the train station. Otherwise, we would have missed our train.

If you plan to stay for a few days, I highly recommend making lunch or dinner reservations in advance, as the hotel restaurant fills up quickly, as do most restaurants in the area.

Breathtaking, beautifully appointed, attention to every tiny detail

Cons:

Service at the restaurant is extremely slow, property is in a tiny village, too far from main attractions, and nothing to do in the local village - no local restaurants, no shops or places of interest.

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Personal, Fragen wurden immer mit ausserordentlicher Höflichkeit beantwortet, kurzfristige Planänderungen wurden immer ermöglicht, auch ohne Retsaurantreservierung konnte uns mehrmals ein Tisch angeboten werden!!!

Belle endroit pour un petit weekend
Pros:

Cadre magnifique avec vue dégagée sur les vignes. Très calme mais accessible rapide à la ville. Excellent restaurant.

Cons:

Les jeunes serveurs.ses qui se font sèchement réprimander devant les clients dans le restaurant nous a mis assez mal à l’aise. Le petit déjeuner était un peu triste à la fois en terme de présentation et de service. À éviter.
