My stay was a relaxing break from my busy city trip, but it felt overpriced for what I experienced.
Pros:

I loved the vibe and decoration of the building and the rooms. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff was friendly. The outdoor hot soaking tub was a unique experience as well.

Cons:

I felt that my stay was significantly overpriced. I booked the best room available, but it did not resemble the videos I had seen on social media at all. The property was also eerily empty, which made for a strange atmosphere. I noted in my reservation that it was my birthday, but the only acknowledgment I received from the chateau was a tiny chocolate dessert during breakfast.

We decided to use the outdoor hot tub in the morning and wanted to make some tea for our soak. However, the water in the kettle at the spa was old and moldy. Additionally, the slippers meant for us to use in the spa appeared used and dirty. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, especially after paying over $800 for a one-night stay.

We intend to return for a longer trip
Pros:

This is a special place. Very quiet surrounded by vineyards. Well appointed rooms, nice bar, great breakfast. The restaurant was closed the evening we visited, and we were there for one night only on a road trip so didn’t try the spa or visit nearby wineries for champagne tasting. Next time we visit we will ensure we are on a less tight schedule.

It’s not cheap so you need to plan your trip to get value

Viele kleine Details! Die Möbeln in unserem Zimmer (Pompadour), Stuhl, Sofa, mehr oder weniger unbrauchbar! Das Hotel braucht jemand der sich um diese Dinge kümmert.

Una meraviglia immersa nello champagne
Pros:

Chateau meraviglioso, immerso nelle vigne, struttura calda e accogliente come piace a noi. Lo staff è stato veramente gentile. Camera in stile, meravigliosa. La sala del ristorante e della colazione bellissime.

Cons:

Il ristorante non l'ho trovato all'altezza sia per la colazione che per la cena, costoso senza avere veramente la giusta qualità. Peccato.

Such a fabulous chateau but dinner was very disappointing.
Pros:

A fabulous building with beautiful bedrooms and the most stunning interior decor, we just love it !

Cons:

The restaurant no longer offers an À la Carte menu in the evening and so there is no choice - you have to have the tasting menu. If you stay more than one night you have to have exactly the same meal again. This is not acceptable.

der fisch war nicht richtig gegrillt, der service konnte ihn nicht zerlegen, er ging zum aufwärmen nochmals in die küche und kam als katastrophe wieder zurück. kleiner trost, wir haben nichts dafür bezahlt

Gorgeous hotel!

The hotel was fabulous, beautiful rooms, grounds and dining area.

Cons:

The service in restaurant was extremely slow and we had been sat for nearly an hour before alerted them that we hadn’t yet been asked for our drink order.
