It was a really positive experience. I felt safe and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Juan, the front desk clerk was awesome. He was so polite and helpful. Even though I don’t speak Spanish, he was able to assist me every time I had a question. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and well equipped and I really appreciated my hot shower. I really liked the location, I could easily walk everywhere I wanted to go but it felt hidden and private. My room even had a view! I stayed only one night so didn’t really get to use many of the facilities but the common areas were so well thought out and well-equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

The room was a little small. Also, all those stairs! Not much u can do about though. Next time I will pack lighter😅

Mi estancia fue decepcionante por la falta de servicio y los problemas técnicos.

Es bonito, las habitaciones están limpias.

Cons:

El personal no estaba presente, y cuando hubo un problema nadie estaba allí para ayudarnos. Tuvimos que llamar a tres personas diferentes para finalmente tener una solución después de una hora. El problema era que no teníamos electricidad (sin luz, sin aire acondicionado, sin televisión) en la habitación. Además, nunca recibimos el bueno código de wifi, aunque lo pedimos varias veces. Por la mañana, para salir del hotel, tampoco había nadie.

Overall had a very nice stay here.
Pros:

The lodging is in a great location, a short walk to the Malecón and several very good restaurants. The room was very clean, and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful, very accommodating.

Pros:

La ubicacion es excelente ya que el malecon esta a menos de 3 minutos caminando, el unico detalle es la subidita algo empinada, pero no le quita lo excelente que es el Hotel
