Bathroom are not good safe on walking or standing while its floor wet .. Risk of falling due to wet floor ... The floor is not made of non-slip ceramic.

Big room, very comfortable bed, nice and clean amenities, everything was really good. Staff were very friendly and cared about the guest experience. If I go back to Jakarta this is one of the top choices. Great value for money, the hotel is new and the breakfast was very good. Will come back.

I’m honestly quite disappointed with the spa experience during my stay. The massage itself wasn’t good no proper aromatherapy, the oil wasn’t suitable, and the therapist didn’t seem skilled.What really made us uncomfortable was that the therapist openly offered “extra services” (a happy ending) to me and my friends. It felt very inappropriate and unprofessional.We reported it right away and appreciate that the manager refunded us and apologised. But the issue isn’t about the refund it’s about professionalism and whether this kind of thing is normal there. I hope this is properly looked into so it doesn’t happen to other guests.
