Pros:

Looked for a cheap stay-over, for the price, location, expectations, this was perfect for me. I had to be at an appointment nearby early in the morning. Good to stay when you only need a bed and have to be there. Not for tourists, but a one night hotel for functional purposes. Free parking in front, excellent for me.

All fine for the price and expectations/purpose.
