We had a wonderful time and we’re already planning a trip back to this hotel. I think it was the nicest we’ve ever staye

Johanna and Celine at the front desk were extremely accommodating. To be honest, all the staff at the hotel were wonderful.

Our room was stunning. The spa was beautiful and very relaxing.

La suite avec terrasse privée en upgrade après de multiples problèmes. Merci 🙏 Corentin pour votre aide et votre écoute.
Le jardin et la terrasse pour prendre un verre.
Le bâtiment historique et les communs sont splendides.
Les matériaux utilisés pour la rénovation de qualité.
La literie de très grande qualité.
Le PDJ complet.

Cons:

La personne qui nous a accueillis très peu professionnel voir agressive.
Un Mail automatique malvenu. Attention aux typologie de chambres. Un service d’inégal qualité.

Es un hotel muy bien reabilitado y bien decorado.

Cons:

En el restaurante no nos sentimos bien atendidos. Lo cerraron por la noche sin mas explicacion. Eramos tres oarejas faltaba un sitio para reunirnos un rato.

Pros:

From check in through to check out, the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. Breakfast was superb, a thorough selection of choices all freshly prepared and great quality. And the hotel is a perfect location for exploring Bordeaux, within walking distance of all the major attractions/bars/restaurants.

Hôtel pas à la hauteur malgré de belles prestation
Pros:

L’architecture du bâtiment est belle

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas modernes, on nous prend 100€ de pré autorisation même si la chambre est totalement payée, le chef qui parle très fort et tousse fort pendant le petit déjeuner.

Service lamentable. Desagreable., pas au niveau. Management incompetent. Chambres mal chauffée, service de chambre aléatoire. Le management pense diriger le ritz alors que le niveau est inférieur a un étoile de base. A éviter

Ce lieu est très beau, tout est dans le détail, hôtel singulier, et le personnel très agréable.
Pros:

Bel endroit, la déco et la rénovation soignée de ce bâtiment emblématique participe largement au charme du lieu, Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le SPA largement est correct et pratique.

Cons:

Quelques usures : ampoules, peintures écaillées et robinetteries. Cela mériterait un check-up avant l'arrivée dans les chambres.
