calme et bien.
Pros:

Le calme dans l'hôtel, l'écoute des employés de service, de cantine et la réponse à nos questions par les agents d'accueil.
Hôtel très bien situé.
Le fait de pouvoir s'emporter le jus ou viennoiserie.

Cons:

Lors de notre arrivée, l'agent d'accueil n'était pas souriante ni aimable mais après quelques minutes ça allait mieux.
Le manque de plus de choix au petit déjeuner.

Pros:

L'accueil des clients .très bien et très sympa. J'ai beaucoup aimé.
Et merci infiniment pour cette nuit passée dans votre établissement.

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié, Sauf le lit qui est un peut détérioré côté droite. Le matelas s'annonçait et comme je bouge beaucoup en dormant, cela fessait du bruits. Je ne suis pas sûr que c'est cassé, c'est à vérifier. Peut être un ou deux vis qui sont dévisser. C'est juste un signalement. Sinon, c'est du ( 10 sur 10 ) apprécié.

Todo muy práctico. Ideal para una corta estadía. Muy bueno el desayuno (pago aparte)

Cons:

Estaba todo limpio pero habia olor a orin (igualmente en todo el centro de Marsella igual)
El resto muy bien

Première fois à Marseille
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant surtout monsieur l égyptien. Chambre propre et confortable.

Cons:

Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionnait pas sur mon GSM. Du resté sur la 4G pendant tout le séjour.
Pas toujours propre dans les communs. exemple ,ascenseur réception, les toilettes.
