Great location in a modern, beautiful hotel!
Pros:

It’s a beautiful hotel, really thoughtfully designed rooms, the staff is very friendly, and the location is great, I would stay here again!

Cons:

I wish we had known the sauna and good plunge was a separate charge, and $80 per person at that. A big draw was the sauna but it was disappointing to realize that it was not already included with our stay.

Charming. Plan to sat again
Pros:

Centrally located in Condesa. Our room on the top floor was lovely with a tiny courtyard space of our own. Bed and pillows top notch. Staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. Big shout out to manager Raul !

Just perfect
Pros:

Honestly such an amazing experience. Would definitely stay here if I came to Mexico City again. Extremely comfortable bed. Probably the most comfortable bed ever I’ve ever stayed at. Location as prime and quiet. Absolutely beautiful area. Extremely hospitable and kind staff, very accommodating. Clean hotel. Gorgeous shower. 100/10 would recommend again and again.

Pros:

Très beau bâtiment, avec un accueil agréable et des personnes toujours disponibles. L'eau, les fruits et les viennoiseries disponibles à l'entrée sont une très bonne option !

Cons:

Une de nos chambres était au rez-de-chaussée et avait une forte odeur de moisissure : ce n'est pas propre à cet hôtel car c'est un souci fréquemment rencontré à Mexico, mais cela était dommage pour cette chambre. Par ailleurs, ça aurait été bien que de l'eau et du café puissent être remis tous les jours, ce qui serait en ligne avec le standard de l'hôtel.

出来たばかりなので綺麗でおしゃれ。いい感じの朝軽食がある。落ち着いたエリアにあり安全で静か。英語はあまり通じないが優しいスタッフさん。

Cons:

コスパは良くないかな。高級ホテルの値段だが、施設はカジュアルで、アメニティ的なものやサービスがあまり無い。部屋の掃除や補充も毎日何か忘れられていた😅

Great location and comfortable bed with good linens and pillows. Responsive staff. Our shower had cold water and they fixed it straight away.

Cons:

The bathroom is disgusting and needs a gut job. Moldy and just gross. The room smelled as a result. There are metal stairs and we were on the ground floor. Incredibly loud when anyone walks on them. Bring your ear plugs.

Pros:

Incredible location, beautiful hotel and lovely staff. The bed was huge and so comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful.

Cons:

The walls are quite thin so i could hear the people in the rooms next door drying their hair and also everyone walking up and down the stairs in the courtyard. Had to sleep with earplugs.

Would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We booked our stay here after needing to change our accommodations last minute and we're so glad we found it! Our stay was affordable, comfortable, and clean. The staff was helpful any time of day and we loved the neighborhood which was very well located and close to a lot of shops and restaurants without being overly noisy or crowded. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very well located, beautiful decorated and spacious room

Cons:

Maybe the fact that guests have to pay to use the sauna. I think it’s great to reserve slot, but it should be included in the room in my opinion

Great hotel, great service, wonderful location.
Pros:

Our stay was great. The manager saw that climbing two flights to our original room was challenging and she offered to move us to a ground floor room while we had dinner. When we returned, all our belongings had been brought down. Now that's service above and beyond!

Pros:

Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Excellent service. Beds were really comfortable and the location was great.

Cons:

Having the mini-split work would have been nice as it was freezing for 4 days. Since the hotel has built in space for a mini fridge put one in !! Didn't like that there wasn't an ice machine either! Also..have paper plates or napkins for the breakfast pastry! It's awkward to just carry them back to the room with your hands.
