the studio room looks super nice, it was a pleasure to spend a week there

The online customer service worked very well, they were responsive and if I needed help from the staff, they were able to solve it immediately and kindly, and the studio room looks super nice, it was a pleasure to spend a week there

Cons:

In the kitchen, a dish drainer would have been needed for washing dishes by hand.

Wer es anonym une kontaktlos mag, ist dort richtig. Wer gerne Menschen begegnet wird enttäuscht

Gemütliches Bett

Cons:

Ich wusste nicht, dass es sich um ein kontaktloses Hotel handelt. Ich mag Hotels mit Menschen an der Rezeption und Frühstücksraum einfach lieber als Check-In mit Code und Frühstück in der Box vor der Zimmertür. Gerade auch als Frau finde ich es unangenehm nachts das Hotel zu betreten ohne Ansprechperson vor Ort. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig.
