Cons:

they cancelled the room I paid for at the day of arrival and told me to create a request for refund on booking.com. Booking is trying to reach the property with email and phone but they're not answering. their registered phones also belong to some old employee. They have a wp communication channel and they keep telling me they did not received anything from booking.com. You have to try to contact booking. this is unaccaptable!

Pros:

Nice property in a good location. Comfy rooms

Cons:

It was a bit noisy with doors slamming and footsteps upstairs. The aircon made a buzzing noise. There is no front desk and any issues have to be dealt with over WhatsApp which was very slow and frustrating

Gute Lage mit Patkplatz und top online Service.
Pros:

Die Lage im Herzen von Friedrichshain. Super online Service. Parkplatz zum buchen im Innenhof.

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers zur Straße ist sehr laut wegen der Aussengastronomie. Nächstes Mal nehmen wir ein Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Berlin ist das Numa absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima - mitten in Friedrichshain und dennoch ruhig im Hinterhof. Die nächste U-Bahn Station (U5) ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer und die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck einzuschließen (bereits bevor das Zimmer bereit ist).

Ok. Lage und Ausstattung sehr gut.
Pros:

Die Lage und die Ausstattung war super.

Cons:

Da ich viele Dinge klären musste, war die Kommunikation mit der KI sehr anstrengend und nicht zielführend.
Die Frühstücksboxen - da fehlt der Flair
Für die erste Nacht (Verlängerung) hatte ich ausdrücklich keine Frühstücksbox bestellt (Absprache mit irgendeinem echten Menschen am Telefon), jedoch zwei bekommen und in Rechnung gestellt.
Der Fernseher ging die ganze Zeit nicht
Die Klimaanlage ging nicht
Die Kommunikation über den Parkplatz war schlecht, der Preis übertrieben.

Falls man Koffer mitbringen möchte, wird in einem kleinen Zimmer die Aufbewahrung schwierig.
