Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura con mio figlio di 8 mesi e ci siamo trovati benissimo, è dotata di tutti i comfort. Camera pulita e situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Ci siamo trovati bene con la ragazza che è stata disponibilissima in tutto e gentile.

Mooi verblijf op de begane grond.
Pros:

Prima locatie in een rustige straat. Mooie foto’s van de transformatie naar appartementen. Bedden en beddengoed prima in orde.

Cons:

Er hing een rioollucht in het appartement. Waarschijnlijk zijn de afvoeren niet goed aangesloten. De verlichting is fel en er was geen Bedlampje, s’nachts het felle licht aandoen is niet prettig. Voeg 2 koffiekopjes toe aan de inventaris en een waterkoker. Op de binnenplaats voor de kamer werd gerookt door andere gasten, de rooklucht was direct te ruiken in de kamer. BELANGRIJK: Vóóraf vraagt VLC Sumsi om nummers van paspoort in te vullen op een online incheckformulier. Dit ervaarde ik als onevenredige druk.
Volgens Booking kan je dit weigeren. Maar krijg je dan wel de incheckgegevens? Booking moet dit regelen met de beheerder/eigenaar.

Mycket bra läge, bra information från värden. Modernt, rent och fräscht med bra utrustning för att ordna frukost mm själv.

Cons:

Dåligt med eluttag och garderob/förvaringsutrymmen för kläder samt krokar att hänga på både i badrummet och i ”hallen”, inget skoställ och/eller dörrmatta som gjorde att det blev ganska skräpigt i lägenheten då den låg direkt mot gatan. Ganska lyhört, högt ljud från ventilationen. Lite väl hård säng.

No tiene agua caliente
Pros:

La ubicación era excepcional.

Cons:

El apartamento es ruidoso por la noche. Es un bajo y la bajante del edificio pasa por ahí y hay ruido constante de agua cayendo. El agua caliente es de un termo compartido entre varios apartamentos y hace que casi siempre esté agotado y tengas que ducharte con agua fría.

Pros:

Everything is absolutely fine. Very close to restaurant, and once you out turn right in junction, look for the signs of coffee. They have beautiful breakfast and coffee there. Apartament clean, but some plastic cover comes off of the wall next to the bed. It scared me twice at night when falling off the wall. 🤣🤣🤣 I will recommend a good place to stay. But if you are single travelling and want someone to stay with you overnight, it's no good place cos the walls are very thin and you can heres the neighbours next door and you have cammers all over place. Big brother watching you 🤦🏻‍♂️🤣 apart from that everything is OK. Bed is very comfortable so you can sleep well.

Cons:

Forget to mention in the morning that kids will wake you up cos cross the fence it's nursery school. And there is no oven in the apartment forget to mention.

Cons:

I asked for a set of softer pillows but the staff informed us that they do not supply extra pillows.
The place does not have a window and one must leave the front door open to let a change of air happen.
No rain carpet was available at the apartment's entrance. Thus one enters with wet shoes. No umbrella holder too.
The toilet seat needed tightening as it was unsteady.. sent a message to the customer service, they responded immediately that someone will be sent to fix it. Nobody turned up during our 10 day stay.
The changing of sheets, towels and cleaning should be done automatically every 3-4 days.

Très bel appartement avec une super localisation mais quelques points à revoir pour que ce soit vraiment trop chouette
Pros:

Très bel emplacement ! Joli appartement nouveau avec une petite cour extérieur
Tout le nécessaire dans l’appartement (savon, sac poubelle, éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchons, etc…)

Cons:

Bruit de VMC ou ventilateur en permanence
Appartement neuf mais avec des trous ou peintures mal faites
Machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas
