Categories

Cleanliness
1
Many guests explicitly praise cleanliness and tidy rooms; occasional notes about marks on walls or an uncomfortable plastic mattress cover.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and professional; a few mentions of slow response times at reception or absent staff during kiosk problems.
Location
1
Multiple mentions of convenient location (restaurants, cinema, Diagora, parking nearby) and a pleasant surrounding area.
Room Quality
1
Mixed: several guests like room size, decor and quiet; others report issues (no extra pillows, single towel, marks on walls, inconvenient bed placement, faulty blinds/blackout).
Amenities
1
On-site restaurant and nearby facilities are positives, but recurring complaints about parking fees, kiosk malfunctions and limited explanation of apartment features reduce the score.
Value for Money
1
Several guests praise good value and affordable pricing; however billing issues, unexpected charges and parking fees temper perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is described as very good and copious by some, but there are notable complaints about buffet quality/price and inconsistency in what was included at booking.
Overall Experience
1
Generally positive atmosphere and many satisfied stays, yet recurring operational issues (billing, kiosk, parking, occasional noise/room faults) leave an overall slightly negative balance.

Pros:
