Great owner, great location and clean room
Pros:

The owner was prepared us very well ahead of the checking in and supported us for any questions we had very promptly. The property is easy to find, great location for connecting with subways, food and shops. It has all functions we needed, good shower, an easy use wash machine, a desk and two very comfortable double beds.

Cons:

I don’t have anything to complaint.

Cons:

The soundproofing is very poor.
I could clearly hear people in the next room shouting and talking loudly every night, sometimes late into the night. It was very disturbing and made it hard to sleep.

A complete apartment in a convenient location
Pros:

A reasonably large flat (by Japanese standards). It's one bedroom with two large beds. It has a kitchen and a washing machine as you'd expect from an apartment. No tumble drying though and not a lot of space to hang your clothes.
Despite being close to a lively area it was quiet.
