Unbearable sewage smell in the evening.

Sewage smell, rooms with cockroaches, dirty and disgusting washrooms. I don’t understand how this facility has a four star rating. Kitchen is there without any utensils.

I would not recommend anyone to take the option with breakfast. It is not worth the money

Pros:

La piscine était bien avec sauna c’est top faut avouer
Le lit était très confortable avec la télé et Netflix, propreté
Le personnel à l’écoute et adorable

Cons:

Gros bémol, des travaux ont lieu dans l’hôtel (personne ne l’avait mentionné) et présence d’un bar ou boite de nuit non loin ce qui cause du bruit sans cesse jusqu’au moins minuit , ZÉRO ISOLATION
Si vous voulez faire une sieste l’après midi avec les travaux impossible et le soir vous entendez la musique provenant de l’extérieur
L’hôtel est situé assez loin des points d’intérêts , tuk tuk chaque déplacement avec la circulation 20 minutes
(Après que le personnel nous ai mis au 5eme étage et que le bruit des travaux étaient comme si c’était dans notre chambre ils nous ont changé pour le 16e, merci)

Pros:

The hotel is good, the rooftop pool, steam room and sauna were working, we had a great two days.

Cons:

The furniture is tired and cracked. Breakfast was available, but it wasn't a buffet. When we arrived at the table area, there was no one there, clean dishes were everywhere, and we were told they would prepare breakfast from the menu. The selection is very limited, mostly Asian cuisine, and for me, this is a big minus when it says there's a buffet and you can choose what you want, but in reality, there isn't. The room door can't be closed from the inside; there's nothing. It was scary that the staff or anyone else might get into the room at night. There's no hot water in the room.

J'y ai effectué 3 séjours, et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Le véritable plus de cette Résidence est le service : chambre faite tout les jours, possibilité de repas pour un prix raisonnable, peut réserver pour vous les bus pour Kampot et Siem Reap. Vous fournira avec le sourire 2 assiettes, 2 fouchettes, 2 cuilleres, 2 couteaux si vous le leur demandé gentiment. Une équipe dynamique, d'une grande hospitalité qui fera tout son possible pour vous satisfaire.

Cons:

Le matelas pourrait être moins dur ( j'y suis habitué maintenant ), mais cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir comme un bébé car la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement.

Pros:

The room is big and beautiful. The balcony is nice

Cons:

We found 3 Little cuckerages in the room. We wanted to use the washmachine but it was no dryer. On booking they put we could do a late Check in on 2pm included for free but the hotel didn’t alllow us they Said okay for 1pm.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich Mühe gegeben.
Der Pool war kühl und erfrischend.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß genauso wie der Balkon.
Auf dem Balkon stand außerdem eine Waschmaschine.
In der Lobby gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk.
Besteck hat man ebenfalls in der Lobby gratis bekommen falls man es benötigte.

Cons:

Eines Abends kamen wir zurück ins Hotel und unsere Türe stand weit auf. Wahrscheinlich hat die Reinigungskraft die Türe offen gelassen. Sowas geht gar nicht! Jeder hätte rein laufen können. Zum Glück war nichts geklaut!

Und wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer, siehe Bild.
