Excellent apartment in perfect location
Pros:

Location excellent quality of amenities. Clean and comfortable accommodation.

Cons:

The access staircase was not up to scratch and felt like we were staying in lower quality accommodation.

Muy buena opción para fanilias que quieran visitar Paris

La localización es excepcional, perfecta para visitar Paris. El apartamento es espacioso, moderno y limpio. Está bien cuidado. El personal es super rápido en contestar (vía Whatsapp) y muy amable; tuvimos un problema con la caja fuerte y vinieron a solucionarlo en menos de 5 minutos. El desayuno está bastante bien.

Cons:

Fue más bien un problema nuestro a la llegada, pero fue un poco confuso porque hay dos establecimientos contiguos (15 y 17 de la Rue de Cuamartin). No es barato, pero la relación calidad-precio-localización es muy buena y nuestra experiencia en hoteles de la zona en viajes anteriores fue regular.

Μοναδική πεντάστερη διαμονή στο κέντρο του Παρισιού, σε λογική τιμή για αυτό που προσφέρει!!
Pros:

Είναι ένα υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο με διαμερίσματα – πραγματικά μην το χάσετε!

Φτάσαμε νωρίτερα από το check-in (που ήταν στις 16:00) και μας υποδέχτηκε ο Αμπλήν (ελπίζω να το γράφω σωστά!), ο οποίος ήταν εξαιρετικός. Περιμέναμε στη ρεσεψιόν και ούτε που καταλάβαμε πώς πέρασαν δύο ώρες, χάρη στην ευγένεια και τη φιλοξενία του.

Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο, μείναμε κυριολεκτικά άφωνοι από την ομορφιά του και την καθαριότητα του!!! Έλαμπε! Πρόκειται για έναν πανέμορφο, ολοκαίνουργιο χώρο με σαλόνι και κουζίνα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένα. Ο καναπές μετατρεπόταν σε πολύ άνετο κρεβάτι, όπου κοιμήθηκαν τα παιδιά, ενώ το υπνοδωμάτιο για εμάς ήταν απλά ονειρικό – δεν ήθελα να σηκωθώ από το κρεβάτι!

Τα σεντόνια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και το μπάνιο άστραφτε – πραγματικά υποδειγματική καθαριότητα.

Η τοποθεσία είναι μοναδική, δίπλα στην Όπερα, με σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνο και ό,τι χρειαστείς ακριβώς από κάτω. Σε ασφαλέστατη περιοχή, το οποίο με δύο παιδιά ήταν η πρώτη μου σκέψη!! Γυρίσαμε απ το θέατρο «ο Βασιλιας των λιονταριών» 23:00 χωρίς να φοβηθούμε καθόλου!! Το οποίο ήταν επιση δίπλα όπως και η γκαλερί Λαφαγιετ!!

Το δωμάτιο διέθετε ακόμα και τζάκι όπως ήταν παλιά τα παριζιανικα σπίτια!!

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξω ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

Metrô, restaurante, lojas, mercados e padarias muito próximos.

Cons:

Falta espelho para as mulheres. Só tem um pequeno espelho no banheiro.
Um pouco de barulho na rua, devido os restaurantes e bares em frente, ficarem abertos até mais tarde. Só encomoda quem tem sono leve
