Great apart from tv noise
Pros:

Clean and modern. In good new condition.

Could hear the tv from my neighbours room all night until he switched off about 1am.

For my purpose. A near perfec find.
Pros:

Quiet, very clean, comfortable, plenty of parking when people park properly. Bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms perfect and spotless of normal bathroom mould. Curtains kept the light out, everything was working. Property very responsive to messages.

Cons:

The fire doors closed too fast and slamming which is unacceptable. Kitchenette was fab to have the use of but no sink to wash up. I originally booked because it had a ‘gym’, but found it was just a weights room, no cardio equipment. Could do with a proper desk area to place the breakfast items on as it’s all a little squashed. I have fed back all the above before leaving review. Even though all of this, I have booked again.

Ideal for Hobbits
Pros:

Refurbished to a very high standard. Very clean. Good bathroom.

Cons:

The Bedroom was extremely small. I struggled to walk around the bed and I am not a large person. No space to place a small suitcase in a flat position. No chair in the bedroom to sit in. I spoke to others who advised all of the first floor bedrooms are very small. Room size was well below Travelodge or Premier Inn alternatives. Possibly ok for a one night stay.

Very comfortable and had everything I needed!
Pros:

The place is very clean and organised and it's got everything I needed to spent the night for work. It's well located within walking distance to a pub, where I could get food. I left some things in the hotel and called after to recover them and was very well looked after by very friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

Its brand new and feels great! Really peaceful and close to my work place. Nice pub in walking distance that does great food.

Pros:

The Hotel is like brand new, a lot more than just a lick of paint it is a full renovation.
Every door, skirting board, radiator is brand new.
The bed was really comfy not being too soft or springy.
The bedding is top quality as are the fluffy towels.
The room was cleaned & hovered everyday.
Complimentary breakfast which is a great touch especially for the price.
I highly recommend the East Halton Hotel & will return when working in the area

I just want to thank Sarah as she was super helpful and really nice she helped me out with what I needed and she is a great member of staff you have working there I would definitely come back if I’m in the area because of her. The place was nice and bed was comfy too

Pros:

First time staying here and it was everything I needed from a hotel...comfortable beds, powerful shower, warm and very clean...the gym and kitchen areas are the extras that make it perfect for me and also when asking wether they did gluten free breakfast options they went beyond expectations and sourced me gluten free items for my room.
Will be my regular now whilst on contract in the area.

Cons:

Slightly out of the way but shops within 15min drive, so not that bad really

Wonderful stay, comfortable bed, decent shower, lovely owner. Would definitely book to stay again
Pros:

Absolutely loved our stay and would 100% book again, the apartment was cosy, warm, and very well presented. We weren't expecting the amount of goodies left in the fridge and on the counter top for breakfast options, pleasantly surprised:) The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa. The shower had decent water pressure and complementary toiletries and towels were supplied. There is a nice little patio area with picnic style wooden benches around the back that is lit at night. We didn't use the gym but we did have a few games of pool before heading out. Overall this was a great stay and Sarah was lovely and answered any questions we had :)
