Pros:

We liked only the room and the paid breakfast.

Cons:

We had a very disappointing stay. The staff was rude and often ignored us completely. During our 5-day stay, we asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned, but it only happened once — and even then, they only changed the towels and did nothing else.
They were very strict with the rules, but only when it was convenient for them. Overall, the service and attitude were far below expectations, and we would not recommend staying here.

Tolles Hotel
Das Hotel liegt inmitten der shr Schulen. Es war sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Das Essen war hervorragend. Preis Leistung war Top.

Der Parkplatz kostete 9€, war allerdings unbeleuchtet in etwas Entfernung hinter dem Hotel. Am Tag der Abfahrt war die Schranke geöffnet und die 9 € waren umsonst bezahlt.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, aber Kleinigkeiten die fehlten oder nicht funktionierten verärgerten uns.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell am Neckar, das lädt zu Spaziergängen ein.

Cons:

Keine Becher im Bad :(.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3.OG im Eck , abseits vom großen Flur liegt, wo die Access-Points sind.
Das WLAN war offen, nicht gut, um darüber geschäftlich zu korrespondieren und es war eine Katasrophe.
Das Signal war mal da mal nicht und wenn es da war: langsam wie ein 56K-Modem. Das war sehr ärgerlich und nervig.

Ich kann das Hotel nicht gut bewerten und werde es auch nicht weiter empfehlen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer liegt in einem anderen Gebäude ca 500 m entfernt! Für eine Nacht ist dies sehr umständlich, denn das Frühstück erhält man im Hauptgebäude (ca 500 m entfernt). Mit Gepäck zu Fuß zu weit, man muss zuerst auschecken und kann dann zum Frühstück, kommt dann aber nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Sehr umständlich.

Bis auf die negativen Menkel war det Aufenthalt sehr gut.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sehr schön und sauber. Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Parkplatz sehr dunkel ohne Licht.
Frühstücksbuffee wurde am Sonntag nur nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt.

Insgesamt ein tolle Aufenthalt nur die Check-in Situation war nicht toll!

Saubere Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage und richtig schick!

Cons:

Als wir beim Check-in gefragt wurden, ob wir mit oder ohne Frühstück gebucht hätten, antwortete ich, dass wir ohne Frühstück gebucht haben. Daraufhin reagierte der Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, indem er die Augenbrauen hochzog und deutlich die Augen verdrehte, was wir als extrem abwertend empfunden haben. Nachdem ich erklärte, dass wir früh losmüssen und deshalb bewusst kein Frühstück gebucht haben, änderte sich die Situation leider nicht. Diese Reaktion war für uns sehr unangenehm und aus unserer Sicht nicht angemessen — insbesondere nach einer langen und anstrengenden Anfahrt.
