Great place to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Property was very nice and clean. Room was a good size. Loved café off lobby. 10 minute walk to transit. Centrally located, quick ride to all popular destinations. Could see water from restaurant on 12th floor while eating breakfast which was nice.

スタッフの方がとても感じが良く、なにかあれば早急に快く対応してくれました。一人での宿泊でしたが一人部屋も快適に過ごせました！

Cons:

壁が薄い気がしますね。テレビをつけるときの音量や生活音など少し気を使いましたが、設備的には問題ありませんでした。

最高！
Pros:

朝食のバイキング12階で景色も良い。スタッフの人数も多く料理が減ったら直ぐに補充したり、食べ終わったら直ぐに下げたりととても見ていて気持ちが良い。
また利用したいと思います。

ベットが３つある部屋が選択できて良かった

部屋がきれいだった
カフェが素敵で、ケーキがおいしかった

Cons:

正面玄関にスロープが見当たらず(無いのでしょうか？)、重い荷物を持って階段を上がらなければならなかった
トイレットペーパーの位置が便座から遠い
鍵の開け方がはじめは分からなかった
