שמו אותנו בחדר בקומה שניה ללא מעלית מבלי לידע אותנו, כשהגענו לחדר לא היה נייר טואלט בחדר , ביקשנו מגבת נוספת ולא קיבלנו , בנוסף השתנה המחיר והתייקר ממחיר ההזמנה המקורית מבלי ששאלו אם אנו מסכימים בעקבות השינוי, זו פעם שניה שלנו במלון בתקופה של חודשיים והשהייה הזו היתה ממש מאכזבת לעומת הפעם הקודמת
