Staff was amazing and had an amazing experience there with our planned proposal. Beautiful views and amazing pool.
Pros:

It’s a beautiful resort with an amazing pool and views. With only 12 rooms, it feels very private

Cons:

Property is great however location can be quite hard to get to as a shuttle car will need to bring you down to the main road but this isn’t an issue

瑕不掩瑜，非常好
Pros:

整体更像是一个高级民宿，有whatsapp群运营，能及时响应需求。

非常好的山海景观，非常好的泳池，非常好的服务，带回来的菜都给加热送进来了。

有shuttle car能够接送上下山，下山可以送到主路的711（有两个，后续打车需要看清楚自己在哪个711）

Cons:

以下地方需要提升，因为我们的住宿体验很好，所以写这么多，希望酒店能更上一层楼~

打车去酒店的时候，司机说太高了不能接，直到我说可以送到山下的停车点才Ok。建议在预订前就主动告诉客人，打车应该打到哪里。在booking上沟通比较慢，可能带来旅行不便。

浴缸很大，但是放水的水流不够大，水温也不足够高，还没放够水就凉了。更多是一个摆设。

吹风机力度太弱了，款式也很老旧，吹头发很慢。建议统一换成Dyson的吹风机，这个价格和五星级的定位，也不会差这点费用。

一楼的台阶有个凹陷处，很容易崴脚，需要标注上 小心台阶。

下楼的楼梯跨度太大，也有受伤的风险。

המלון רחוק יחסית (30 דקות נסיעה בערך ) מהמרכז.
מה שכן, המלון מציע לקחת אותך לכביש ראשי ומשם מסתדרים.
המלון מתאים לאנשים שרוצים לבוא ולנוח ולהנות מנוף מדהים ואוכל טוב באווירה שלא קשורה לשום מקום אחר
חייב לציין את מנהל המלון סטפן האיש המדהים, שמעבר לזה שהוא נמצא ובודק שהכל בסדר הוא גם הביא לבת הזוג שלי מתנת אירוסין בערב שבו הצעתי לה.

בגלל המרחק כמובן אין נגישות למרכז התיירות צריך לנסוע

I will definitely come back every time I am in Samui.
Pros:

Very clean. The stuff was welcoming and available all the time. The manager was very professional and helpful.

Cons:

The way to the hotel is a bit hard. But I was seeking quiet and peace and that exactly what the location is offering.

Facilities were top notch. The pool, the view from the pool, the room and the space it had, it was fantastic.

Cons:

Food was not good and very expensive, the breakfast buffet was not good either. Maybe having a small breakfast menu to offer to the guests would be more cost efficient and quality oriented. It's a boutique hotel with great facilities but it's not a 5 Star one. You will be far from everything but grab is available and can bring you food for a better price.

Lovely staff. Very nice owner. Excellent chef for lunch and dinner. Breakfast left a bit to be desired.
Pros:

Beautiful pools and view. Very impressive home. Needs a bit more attention to truly call it 5 Star.

Cons:

The non-pool access rooms aren’t nearly as nice. Pool access room was a game changer. Definitely upgrade.

Paradies mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern
Pros:

Das Resort ist architektonisch ein Traum und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem die Kunstsammlung hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum, das Resort hat einiges zu bieten (Billard, Kino, etc). Der Shuttleservice des Hotels zur Hauptstraße funktioniert perfekt (8-22 Uhr) und sobald man eine Nachricht in den Whatsapp Chat geschickt hat, steht der Wagen auch schon bereit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gut. Zum Essen können wir nichts sagen, da wir nur Frühstück hatten (das war gut, wenn auch nicht allzu viel Auswahl), die Preise sind doch ziemlich hoch. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind ein Traum!

Cons:

Wir hatten die Junior Deluxe Suite, direkt neben der Haupthalle. Durch die Raumhöhe und den Fliesenboden in der Haupthalle wird jedes Geräusch ins Zimmer übertragen, das stört besonders wenn Stühle verrückt werden. Da den ganzen Tag bis spät in den Abend hinein Clubmusik ziemlich laut läuft, hört man auch diese (auch am Pool hat man leider nie seine Ruhe). Auf Bitte wird die Musik aber etwas leiser gestellt. Direkt vor der großen Zimmerfront stehen die Liegen für alle - dadurch hat man keine Privatsphäre im Zimmer (bzw. muss dass die Vorhänge schließen). Im Bad fehlt ein Schmink- und Rasierspiegel mit Vergrößerung, am Ausgang fehlt eine Beleuchtung an der Bodenstufe, das ist insbesondere bei Dunkelheit eine fiese Stolperfalle. Wenn man nicht im Hotel essen will, hat die Gegend leider fast nichts zu bieten. Der Kaffee schmeckt leider gar nicht, man sollte dringend in eine Siebträgermaschine und andere Bohnen investieren.
