Pros:

Nice hotel with bonus of having a washer/dryer in the room. Very clear instructions prior to arrival. Everything was codes and easy to navigate. Small hotel but quiet, clean, and close to transportation and key attractions.

Cons:

I was okay with there being no additional hotel amenities such as lobby, seating area, etc. bit if others want it then book elsewhere.

More serviced apartment than hotel
Pros:

Good location in Asakusa and a spacious, well equipped suite.

Cons:

Only negative points were noise (a lot of road noise) and no view outside due to frosted glass. Reception is largely unmanned but the lady was very friendly when we saw her. More like a serviced apartment than a hotel.

Pros:

Very clean, very comfortable and the staff were incredible. It was our honeymoon and they even left us a sweet little honeymoon gift!
The room had a washer/dryer. I did see other people said the dryer takes a long time so we purposely washed during the day and either dried during the night or just hang-dried our stuff over night.
Room also had great air conditioning, and an air filter. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The stairs are pretty steep inside the room but I would still book again.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, aber zur Straße hin auch sehr laut.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in einem der attraktivsten Stadtteile von Tokio, ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet im Vergleich zu vielen klassischen Hotels deutlich mehr für den verlangten Preis.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer lag in der ersten Etage zur Straße hin. Leider waren die Fenster akustisch bei Weitem nicht dicht, so dass man sehr früh morgens durch den Straßenlärm geweckt wurde. Wer wie wir etwas lärmempfindlich ist, sollte darauf achten, kein Zimmer zur Straße hin zu wählen.

Pros:

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le logement est bien agencé et la machine à laver très appréciable après plusieurs jours de déplacements. L'accueil et le service par les deux jeunes femmes ont été parfaits et précieux.

Cons:

C'est un peu compliqué pour le ménage qui doit être réservé pour le lendemain avant 16h. . Il serait plus facile de considérer que le ménage doit être fait d'office quand on séjourne 4 nuits.

Nice basic stay
Pros:

The check-in was a little strange but overall was a nice basic hotel.
We used the washing machine, but it was very difficult to dry the clothes. There were very few hangers or places to hang the clothes.
