For the price we paid at this perfect location, great hotel!
Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A lot of room for improvement. But nevertheless, for that price at that location - we closed out eyes on what we did not like.

Ужасный отель и полное отсутствие нормального сервиса.

Мы приехали немного раньше времени заселения. На ресепшене нам вежливо сказали, что номер ещё не готов, предложили оставить багаж и подождать. Мы согласились и ушли. Заселили нас ровно в 16:00, но непонятно, что всё это время готовили: номер оказался грязным, а постельное бельё — очень грязным.

В ванной не было шампуня и геля для душа. Зато там осталось использованное мыло от предыдущих гостей. На двоих предоставили только два полотенца и один халат.

Мы сообщили обо всём администратору. Он ответил, что передал просьбу ответственным сотрудникам. После этого мы уехали на ужин. Когда вернулись, ничего не было исправлено: номер не убрали, шампунь и второй халат не принесли. На наш вопрос администратор заявил, что он не поднимается в номера и не проверяет работу ответственных сотрудников, потому что это «не входит в его обязанности». Такой ответ просто шокировал.

Только поздно ночью горничная без предупреждения открыла дверь нашего номера и передала халат и гель для душа. Номер при этом так и не убрали.

Но на этом всё не закончилось. Утром нам отказали в завтраке, хотя он был включён в стоимость бронирования. Администратор просто извинился и сказал, что повар сегодня не вышел на работу. Никакой замены завтрака, решения проблемы или компенсации нам не предложили.

Мы оплатили номер с завтраком, но получили грязную постель, использованное мыло от предыдущих гостей, недостаток полотенец и халатов, отсутствие необходимых средств гигиены, безразличие персонала и отсутствие оплаченного завтрака.

Категорически не рекомендую этот отель. За такие деньги гости имеют право как минимум на чистый номер, нормальное обслуживание и услуги, которые были включены в бронирование.

מיקום מצויין ממש על יד הטיילת, צוות מסביר פנים, במיוחד קטי שירותית ונעימה. ארוחת בוקר טובה, יש מרפסת עם נוף לים. ללילה אחת מתאים ולא מעבר לכך.

Cons:

חדר קטן מאוד, לא היה שולחן, לא היה ארון רק שני קולבים לתלות בגדים ומספר מדפים לבגדים, במקלחת לא הייתה גומיה וכל המים זלגו לריצפה, נתנו לנו רק שתי מגבות לגוף, לא היו מגבות.לפנים, כשביקשנו תוספת מגבות , אמרו שהכל נגמר חיכינו עד למחרת.חדר דורש צביעה.

Immersion en plein cœur de Tel Aviv les pied dans l'eau.
Pros:

Le services et la vue sur la place principale de la Tayelette. La nourriture est bonne et tout le monde est agreable.

Cons:

Tout était niquel. Peut être ajouter des coffre fort dans les chambre pour la tranquillité du voyageur.

מלון על הים!! המחיר ממש משתלם. לא לצפות ל 5 כוכבים. אבל בטוח נחזור!!

הארוחת בוקר של שבת טעונה שיפור. אפשר היה לקבל הרבה יותר, והיה חסר כלים וטבח.
היה עובד צעיר מאד, נחמד .
