Agradável. Quarto confortável e grande, pena que não tinha janelas. Localização execelente!
Pros:

O quarto não tinha janelas para o exterior. Tinha uma espécie de respiradouro interno. Pedi para trocar de quarto e não trocaram, dizendo que não tinham disponibilidade. Mas o quarto era confortável e grande. Localização excelente junto ao metro e autocarros.

Pros:

The location couldn't be better and the lodging was excellent. I recommend Embassy Romana, especially if you are visiting Bucharest for a short break, as you will be close to everything within the city centre.

Cons:

On the last day the external sliding door was not functioning from the outside.

A wonderful stay in a great central location, with excellent service, comfort, and privacy.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Embassy Romana. The location was one of the best things about it, so central and literally just a short walk from Piata Romana Metro Station, which made getting around Bucharest really easy. There were also plenty of cafés, shops, and places to eat nearby, so it felt like everything was within reach.

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and overall the place felt well looked after. I also liked how easy everything was from check-in to settling in. It had a simple, relaxed feel but still felt a bit special at the same time.

What stood out even more was the level of service. The manager really went above and beyond to make the stay a great experience, and I even benefited from using a meeting space free of charge, which I really appreciated. The politeness and manners were honestly exceptional, and far above what I have experienced in other hotels in Bucharest.

What I liked most was how convenient and comfortable the whole stay was. It’s in such a great spot for exploring the city, and I’d definitely stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, stylish place in a really good location with genuinely outstanding hospitality.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little not to like. If I had to mention anything, it would only be that the fully automated check-in might feel a little unusual at first for some guests, but I actually came to appreciate both how well organised it was and the privacy it offers, especially for people who prefer a more discreet and independent stay.

Pros:

Great location, easy to find. The room was modern and clean and had all the necessary facilities.

Cons:

Although they offer free luggage storage before check in, there was nobody in the room they asked us to leave our bags in, so we decided not to. This is a minor point though, overall it was excellent.

Pros:

Very comfortable, nice and spacious. Mattress and cushions were extra comfortable! Superb location in a busy area but the room was super quiet. Self check-in and access via app was very easy and handy.

Cons:

It can always be slightly cleaner; only 3 hangers; the tea was very very bad and glass wall next to shower was very short - too much water outside while showering.

Small, cozy room in the middle of the city.
Pros:

The location is right in the middle of everything. I felt that the room was cozy, even if it was a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers.

Cons:

Everything was not as straight forward as I would have hoped for. Make sure that you read the instructions carefully before you arrive. There is no one there to help you. If you are exhausted and groggy after a long flight, you might have a hard time.
