Pros:

Era una suite muy grande con salón y habitación. Estaba muy limpio y todo nuevo- reformado. La estancia fue muy cómoda y con todo lo necesario.

Comfortable room and amazing location! A bit pricey, but worth it.
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station and bus stops. Next door there's a supermarket, pharmacy, and restaurants. The room and bathroom are large and completely renovated. I liked the carpet in the room, the amount of closet space, the Smart TV, the powerful mini-fridge, and it even has a coffee and water maker. The duvet and bed linens were of good quality, as were the towels. Soap, lotion, and shampoo were provided, although of average quality. Heating and soundproofing worked well. Despite not having staff, the check-in process and unlocking the doors via a website worked perfectly throughout the stay.

Cons:

Aside from the room, there's nothing else you'd expect from a hotel. I didn't see a single human being during my entire stay, which is a bit strange, but there's no laundry, bar, etc.; everything is in the advertisement, but it's worth reiterating. The worst part for me was the shower: the water pressure kept fluctuating, resulting in occasional jets of hot and cold water, which was very annoying. When we turned on the overhead shower, this problem was lessened, but another one arose: the drain couldn't handle the water flow, and within minutes the bathroom would start flooding.

A disappointment
Pros:

I booked a same-day stay at this self-check-in apartment, but I couldn’t reach the property for four hours—they never sent me the check-in link or any instructions. By the time I arrived (five hours later), nobody was there, and no one responded to my calls or emails. I had to cancel and rebook elsewhere. If they can’t handle same-day bookings, it shouldn’t be available.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

In generale ci sono piaciuti moltissimi aspetti: posizione, silenzio, spazi grandi, pulizia generale, qualità dei prodotti offerti come caffè e biscotti. Spazi accoglienti e divano comodissimo.
Riassetto della stanza che consiste nella sostituzione asciugamani, caffe e cialde

Cons:

mi dispiace dover dare come voto generale 7 perchè nonostante il potenziale abbiamo dormito malissimo. Letto durissimo e cuscini scomodissimi. Non era previsto il doppio cuscino. Onestamente in una camera delux pagate comunque abbastanza come minimo vorrei almeno poter dormire comodamente la notte. Mi aspettavo che cambiassero le lenzuola
