Insgesamt ein solides Hotel. Für die (Neben-)Saison, den Preis und die Lage aber eher mäßig.
Pros:

Beim Check-out ist aufgefallen, dass wir ein Hemd im Zimmer vergessen haben. Dieses wurde uns nach gebracht.
Auf Wunsch haben wir zwei getrennte Betten bekommen, an sich wollten wir nur zwei Bett-Decken, aber dennoch wurde versucht unseren Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Frühstücksbuffet war nur eine Speise. Dazu gab es etwas Obst. Es gab keinen Saft oder Wasser. Der bestellte Kaffee wurde im Anschluss gebracht, hier wurde ein falsches Getränk serviert, es kam aber auch keine Mitarbeiterin mehr, bei welcher dies hätte reklamiert werden können. Die einzelne Speise war gut.
Die Tür im Bad war etwas kaputt, sodass sie sich nur schwer schließen ließ. Im Bad war zudem das Shampoo leer.

My favorite place
Pros:

I truly loved the staff, especially my brother at the reception and the lady responsible for the floor I stayed on. They surrounded me with their care and kindness. I only felt truly comfortable with them, as if I were among my own family.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the whole experience was amazing. I will stay with them every time I visit Thailand. They are a wonderful representation of beautiful Thailand and the true meaning of hospitality.

Very rude and accusing staff at the front desk

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate!
I had an issue of blood come upon me in the middle of the night and unfortunately it got into the sheets. Usually, the cleaners and hotel staff, of any hotel, understands issues like this sometimes happen to women and they wash the sheets without saying anything. Not the staff member at the front desk at check out. He was very rude and accusing in his tone. I will admit, I got angry because of his behavior. I will NOT be returning to this establishment, even though I have been a customer here for 3 years.
The staff needs to be understanding, especially of women’s issues.
Other issues of the room, the sofa was dirty, the lights weren’t working properly and there was no minibar, even though it says it comes with the room. The manager needs to check on the establishment as it’s going downhill!
