素敵な時間を過ごせる場所です
Pros:

お部屋はシンプルでとてもきれいでした。テレビがなかったので景色を眺めたり散歩したりとゆっくりとした時間を過ごせたことが特によかったです。夜の散歩に行く時にはランタンを貸し出してくれますよ〜
スタッフの方もフロント、レストラン共に丁寧な対応をされる素敵な方たちばかりでした。先日温泉街で開催された盆踊りのことなどお話して下さり楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました!

Cons:

近くにある温泉がお盆時期ということもあってか人が多くゆっくり入ることができなかったのが残念でした。髪の毛もたくさん落ちていたので定期的にさっと掃除に入られるとより心地よく過ごせるのかなと思いました。
それと欲をいうならお部屋に使い捨てスリッパ（普通のスリッパはあります）とトイレに手拭きタオルがあったらなと思いました。でも全体的にはとても満足です！

不便で高いすね
Pros:

室内にテレビがない所。夕食、朝食は大量の油と塩がかけられた🇮🇹イタリアンしたない。ビールが異常に高い。

Cons:

テーブルと座椅子がなく非常に不便でした。特にこのホテルは身体障害者向きでは無いような構造になっているので、体に障害のある人や補助が必要な人は近隣にある設備と補助の整った別のホテルを利用する方が良いです。

Cons:

ディナーの受付が21時終了なところ21時2分過ぎたてところで受付くれず、近隣がどこもなく結局その日はご飯を食べれずで宿泊客なのに数分の遅れで対応出来ないなんて宿泊料金6万円弱払った割にホスピタリティの低さは残念でした。あとは料金の割にアメニティが無くバスタオルは外に幾分のみで部屋での設置分がないのも残念。

眺めもよく、姿勢も綺麗で、スタッフさんの雰囲気や気配りも素晴らしいです。
何度もリピートしたくなります。サウナも最高でした！

Cons:

ないですが… 夜が割と早めに無人になってしまうので、夜もスタッフさんが1人でも居たら助かるし安心。
1階のお店が夜中までBarやcafeのみでも開いていたらもっと最高です。

A very relaxing two nights in Nagato Yumoto.
Pros:

Charming location overlooking the river in a lovely town. Rooftop sauna is excellent. Plenty to do in Yumoto, and the bike hire allows exploration of the wider area. The bus service from Shin Yamaguchi worked well.

Cons:

Baggage storage in dorm rooms was almost impossible. Breakfast options are limited.
