スタッフの方どなたも明るく気持ちの良い対応だった

Cozy place to stay but if you like to relax in the onsen, I don't think this place is the best.
Pros:

Although I didn't stay at the room facing the river, the room was very clean and nice. The neighboring onsen was pretty cool too.

Cons:

I wish they kept the onsen on the top floor instead of renovating it into a sauna. Mostly because I'm not a sauna lover, but it was inconvenient that the onsen is open only from 9am-10pm, when a lot of people usually want to go before breakfast. I also found it inconvenient that they didn't have any phones in the room to call the front desk--the pajamas in my room was too big for me (even though I told I'm a female, they left size L for some reason), so I wanted to change it, but since the front desk is not open till 7am, I had to go down to the 1st floor to get it changed. Breakfast wasn't that good for the price either. I didn't find it worth the price to be honest.

サウナのロケーションもとても良い。

Pros:

Room was new and smells good. Comfy beds. Kind staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was delicious but it’s more happy if they add some more. If you usethe sauna you have to be in swim wear. Their public onsen is small and a bit cold
