Good, basic option to stay at if you have something to do in the area. Location is not too bad.
Pros:

Needed a place to stay because my son was taking the college entrance test early the next morning in the nearby university. Location was adequate. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. If you appreciate their efforts, place something in the tip box for them. Room (201) was sufficient for our needs. Bed was basic. Mattress was thin for a 290 lbs (130kg) 5'9 person like me but probably acceptable for lighter people. Aircon was cool but a little noisy. The room had a tv but we never used it. Data signal in the room (SMART telecoms) is weak but still possible. WIFI was down due to some construction outside that messed up with the hotel's ISP (yeah, I didn't know that either.) Water pressure is good. Bidet works. Heater type shower. It does the job. 24 convenience stores less than 2 minutes walk. Very limited parking due to construction. The building has around 5-8 floors and accessible by STAIRS only. No elevator. They give you an amenity kid that includes a toothbrush and toothpaste, a very small soap pill and shampoo. Also a simple bath towel. You pay if you need extra pillows and other things. All in all, not too bad. Price for one overnight stay was not bad.

Cons:

Mattress is kind of on the thin side. Aircon could be serviced to run a little quieter. Shower drain in the bathroom really needs a cover. Kind of scary looking at it. Saw a very small cockroach running around the room. Should have shared with the payment. Could use a proper place to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom. Oh, also, inside there is no additional lock other than the doorknob lock. It would be good to have at least a chain lock.
