Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido albergo a Dubai Marina durante il nostro rientro da Delhi e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente.

La struttura è molto elegante, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione fantastica nel cuore della Marina. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo percepito grande professionalità, attenzione e un’accoglienza davvero calorosa.

Un ringraziamento speciale va alla hostess Danielle, che si è dimostrata estremamente gentile, professionale e attenta alle nostre esigenze. Viaggiando con mio figlio e arrivando da un lungo viaggio da Delhi, eravamo piuttosto stanchi. Danielle ha fatto il possibile per venirci incontro e ci ha permesso di usufruire della nostra stanza fino alle 17:30, gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato moltissimo.

Questa attenzione verso gli ospiti fa davvero la differenza e dimostra un alto livello di servizio e cura del cliente.

Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi desidera soggiornare a Dubai Marina con la certezza di trovare comfort, professionalità e uno staff sempre disponibile.

Wir waren vom 27.02.2026 bis zum 06.03.2026 im Hotel Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina und hatten trotz einer außergewöhnlich schwierigen Situation eine sehr schöne und unvergessliche Zeit.

Während unseres Aufenthalts ist am 28.02.2026 der Nahostkonflikt erneut ausgebrochen, was natürlich für viele Gäste eine sehr beunruhigende Situation war. Umso mehr möchten wir betonen, wie außergewöhnlich professionell und fürsorglich das gesamte Hotelteam reagiert hat. Das Personal hat wirklich alles getan, damit sich die Gäste sicher und gut aufgehoben fühlen. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass sich das Hotel über seine normalen Aufgaben hinaus um das Wohl der Gäste kümmert – dafür ein großes Dankeschön!

Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend geführt. Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit waren jederzeit auf höchstem Niveau. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, sehr komfortabel und makellos sauber.

Ein besonderes Highlight war auch das Essen. Wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen gebucht und waren absolut begeistert. Die Auswahl war sehr groß und geschmacklich einfach traumhaft – wirklich auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Frau Tsering von der Rezeption. Sie hat uns vom ersten Moment an betreut und auch verabschiedet. Ihre Freundlichkeit, Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit waren außergewöhnlich. Sie hat scheinbar genau gewusst, was sich die Gäste wünschen – fast so, als könnte sie Gedanken lesen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diese großartige Betreuung!

Trotz der schwierigen äußeren Umstände haben wir uns im Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina jederzeit sicher, willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla stazione METRO e TRAM e 5 minuti a piedi da Dubai Marina

Cons:

la manutenzione del bagno era molto scarsa; il mio scopino per il WC era rotto, nonostante l'abbia lasciato lì in evidenza per farlo sostituire/riparare non è mai stato sistemato...4 giorni!! Canali TV in Italiano 1 solo!

We hebben een rotvakantie gehad door deze onzekerheid en angst.

De ligging en qua personeel ( bij het ontbijt en de schoonmakers) waren top!

Cons:

De receptie en gebrek aan informatie tijdens cruciale noodsituaties. Er was geen evaluatieplan en op het moment dat we informatie wilden werd alles weggeschoven. De kamers moeten wel nodig gerenoveerd worden.

Suffisant pour dormir, mais malheureusement gros manque de standing par rapport à l’établissement que c’est et au prix.

Le bâtiment en lui-même, et la localisation sont bien.

Cons:

Lorsque je suis arrivé toute la literie, et la carpette de ma chambre était mouillée à cause de l’humidité.

Pas de possibilité de me connecter au wi-fi de manière classique.

Le personnel manque un petit peu de gaieté et de bonne humeur.

Et je pense qu’il y avait des punaises de lit ou quelque chose comme ça je ne suis pas Expert mais je me suis retrouvé avec des plaques et piqûres sur le bas des jambes
