Super, alles TIPPTOPP
Pros:

•Das Bett war schön groß und bequem
• Die Badewanne war ein Highlight
• die Farben und allgemein das Ambiente war super
• die Lage war perfekt alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar

Cons:

• das licht im Bad könnte man etwas ändern (nicht nur Grün)
• schade dass wir keine Herdplatte hatten

Nieprzyjemna obsługa
Poprosiliśmy o dostarczenie kapci do apartamentu, ponieważ nie było ich na wyposażeniu. Cała sytuacja miała miejsce w Sylwestra, kiedy cena za pobyt była na poziomie premium. Uważam, że w apartamencie o takim standardzie kapcie powinny być dostępne, a jeśli ich zabrakło, ktoś z obsługi mógłby je po prostu dostarczyć. Niestety pani z obsługi Downtown, z którą rozmawialiśmy telefonicznie, zachowała się bardzo nieprofesjonalnie i w trakcie rozmowy "rzuciła" słuchawką. Taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca przy obsłudze gości.

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so gut, man musste immer via Uber oder Taxi reisen da der Fußweg ca 30 -35min bis zur Stadt beträgt.

Niezadowolenie zimą
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, niedaleko Żurawia, a przy okazji w odległości która pozwala na miły spacer brzegiem Motławy. Świetna siłownia dostępna dla gości i wielki plus za wodę/soki/herbaty - darmowe w mini barku. Bardzo wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Niestety pobyt na więcej niż jedną noc i to zimą stworzył wiele problemów o których nikt nie pomyślał. Nie było zmiotki ani mopa [porządnego], a przy ilości śniegu jaka spadła w Gdańsku do pokoju ciągle nanosiło się błoto, woda i piasek. Problemem jest też brak podstawowych mebli typu stolik nocny albo jakaś półka przy łóżku, telefon trzeba ładować i trzymać go na ziemi. Brak wieszaków w łazience na ręczniki, jeden jakiś oderwany leżący w szafce, która była pełna kurzu, czy nawet brak stolika obok wanny z hydromasażem widocznego na zdjęciach. Brak lodówki też był dotkliwy, nie można było nawet kupić mleka do kawy żeby się nie zepsuło. Problemem była niestety też "nieprzepuszczalnosć dzwięku" która jest wyszczególnione w udogodnienia i jest nieprawdziwe niestety. Z piątku na sobotę hałas do 4 nad ranem, ponieważ wokół są inne apartamenty na większe ilości osób gdzie były imprezy. Oprócz tego ogólne wrażenie, że przed naszym pobytem nikt nie zadał sobie trudu sprawdzenia apartamentu: mała lodówka na napoje nie włączona i nie przewietrzyła, wanna z hydromasażem po włączeniu opcji masażu zaczęła po prostu śmierdzieć stechlizną, jakby przez ostatnie parę dni była nieużywana, a pilot do telewizji albo ma juz słabe baterie albo się psuje bo raz działał a raz nie. Widok z pokoju też zakłamany teraz wokół są budowy także warto to widać pod uwagę bo całe dnie słychać w pokoju pracę remontowe w tygodniu.

Pros:

Apartament pięknie urządzony w spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu wiele restauracji. Wejście i zameldowanie odbyło się bezkontaktowo. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, było wszystko co potrzebne. Ekspres do kawy, czajnik, zestaw kaw i herbat. Na plus również lodówka, z której można korzystać bez dodatkowych opłat (w środku napoje, woda i butelki wina). W pokoju znajdował się również telewizor z regulowanym uchwytem, więc mogliśmy z niego korzystać leżąc na łóżku jak i wannie.

Cons:

-Jedyny minus to mały problem z wanną, wyłączała się po ok 10minutach pracy.
-brak szafek nocnych obok łóżka :)
