Pros:

Functional kitchen and close to tube stop.

Cons:

The safety lights were very bright at night and we had to cover them to sleep. The fan was very loud and could not be turned off.
The shower floor was very slippy either because not cleaned appropriately or the wrong type of tile used.
Sheets on the bed had make up marks and the table had a large mark on it.

Pros:

Few minutes walking distance to Picadilly line = direct connection to Heathrow Airport. Walking distance to many bus lines, easy to reach the center of London. Countless grossery shops opened till late in the evening. The room was big (for London standards) and with big windows! Easy to check in, good WiFi and a friendly person at the reception. I could let my luggage at the reception for a few hours in the check out day.

Cons:

It is an old building, depending on the neighbours, can be a bit noisy. It is not a posh area and the streets aren't very clean, but this is not in the power of the hotel to change.

Pros:

One of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in! We had everything we needed in our room, wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Cons:

One minor issue was soundproofing from above (footsteps), which was probably because of hardwood floors, maybe a carpet would help with that

Amazing :) it made our London stay!!
Pros:

Everything was so lovely. The room was super clean as were the toilet. The room also has a kitchenette which helped a lot!! Others mentioned about noise from the road but we never heard anything and slept the whole night.
Location is amazing, only 10min walk from Fensbury park station and so easy to connect everywhere from there.
We felt safe secure and the view was super cute from level 2. The bed being right by the window was a highlight as I enjoyed having my breakfast people watching in a new country. The little apartment made us feel like we were living in London and we truly did not want to leave!
When we come back to London, we will stay there again 100%.

Great apartment but take earplugs!
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Everything you could need including, fridge freezer, hob, kettle etc, even a washing machine!Good shower.
Good location for the tube etc.
Staff really friendly and helpful, nice people

Cons:

Traffic outside very noisy all night, double glazing barely kept noise out.
Could do with sorting sound proofing out or at least maybe provide earplugs?

Compact, clean and quiet.
Pros:

The property itself was compact, had everything we needed (except tea bags - make sure you bring some tea bags). It was clean, spacious enough for two and despite being on a busy road it wasn’t noisy. Microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, air con - so many amenities for one place!

Cons:

Not a criticism but tea bags and some uht milk pots would have made it an exceptional property! Tea suggestions aside, I don’t have anything bad to say about the property.

Nice apartments local to the tube
Pros:

We booked the executive studio and king suite for our family holiday last minute as we stayed in another unrelated apartment nearby which was awful.
The host was fantastic, really helpful with advice and taking our luggage prior to check in then dropping it off in our rooms ready for when we get back.
The place has just been renovated and is done to a really high standard. Cold air con in the hot weather we had was nice too!
We will book this place again for our next trip

The only criticism would be the mattresses are really hard
