Great facilities, but poor window insulation and street noise made it hard to sleep.
Pros:

Facilities were great and offered everything what we needed.

Cons:

I really didn’t like windows in this property. The windows were not sealing properly and were letting air through. Temperature in property was fine but during night it was almost not possible to sleep because of noise from busy street under room. I would definitelly recommend to use ear plugs.

Location is perfect. 5 mins away from Finsbury Park underground station which is in a main tube line.

No housekeeper to change towels and do your bed.

Pros:

From the booking and first contact with a hotel everything went good👍 Location is just right in a good distance from center and we anjoyed a streets full of small shops and caffeterias.

Cons:

Hard to say anything...maybe beds were too soft😎

Loved it. Felt safe, comfortable. I am coming back.
Pros:

This was one of the best stays I’ve had. I travel a lot and this has become my favourite. Very cosy, super clean and modern studio with lots of natural light. They have attention to small detail. For ex. Little coffee, tea bags. The kitchenette had all you need. I stayed here for 2 weeks and even wanted to extend. 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station - so I could easily and quickly get to all my meetings in Central London. The guys at the reception are so friendly, prompt to answer and very helpful. Will come back for sure. (By the way there is a Tesco 2mins from here and lots of shops, cafes, restaurants around)

Cons:

Nothing bad. Just consider that you may have to climb some stairs which is the case in most places

Nice but frustrating with the smell and the double bed instead of single
Pros:

Location was great, not loud, v close to amenities and transport

Cons:

It had an off milk stench the whole time, we tried leaving ac on the whole time we had left and the window open it still stank the whole time spent there.

We asked about changing the room to be a 2x singles instead of a double; didn’t get a response in the 4 days I asked about it then I got a WhatsApp to confirm if I was coming and when I was coming, I replied and then asked again if it can be changed, I didn’t get a response until I was 4hrs away from the time I stated I was coming. Communication could be better. I could have brought a airbed if I knew earlier.
