Nice but frustrating with the smell and the double bed instead of single
Pros:

Location was great, not loud, v close to amenities and transport

Cons:

It had an off milk stench the whole time, we tried leaving ac on the whole time we had left and the window open it still stank the whole time spent there.

We asked about changing the room to be a 2x singles instead of a double; didn’t get a response in the 4 days I asked about it then I got a WhatsApp to confirm if I was coming and when I was coming, I replied and then asked again if it can be changed, I didn’t get a response until I was 4hrs away from the time I stated I was coming. Communication could be better. I could have brought a airbed if I knew earlier.

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, clean and well designed apartment.

Cons:

Wasn't sound proofed as stated in advert. It sounded like the windows were open and doesnt look like they correctly close. Luckily, the street wasn't overly noisy.

Pros:

We booked the apartment for a short stay whilst we went to emirates stadium. Perfect location, 15 mins walking distance. clean and tidy room apartment fully equipt.

Lively London location
Pros:

Great location in a lively neighbourhood. Very central for public transport. Lots of little grocery shops, cafes, restaurants.

Cons:

The apartment is on a main road and is quite noisy with sirens from ambulances etc.
The stairs were steep but staff carried my suitcase upstairs.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment, great for a stay in London. Really close to underground.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I’ll definitely recommend you book this property.
Pros:

The property was nicely furnished and clean. There was both a fan and heater so temperature was easily adjusted. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary utilities. I also really appreciated the staff and their leniency.

Cons:

Only downside was the bed was listed as a double bed but was two single beds pushed together.
