The room has many noise from the street /bts/etc. because No soundproof at all that I can't sleep well.

Everything very loud you just can’t sleep , as a female solo traveler I felt unsafe , the room was dirty etc…..

Bad communication. I booked a room and even though it was available I was told it was unavailable. No refunds and no help

Obviously right next to the bts/main road, wouldn’t recommend if you are a light sleeper.

Dirty, clinic room.
I felt I was in a prison tbh.
Also the fact that you had to enter a weed shop to get to the room was also a bit disgusting.

Self check-in on the first day can be confusing, fridge is not working, bath room will flood after taking shower

There is no sound proof - Windows and the balcony door doesn’t fully close so you can hear everything. No elevator. No cleaning unless you remind them. Place is above a marihuana shop so everything stinks of weed. Tallows were dirty. There were a lot of bugs. I was constantly bitten. Mold on the walls. Dirty air conditioning.

In general. I don't undarstand how they get licence to rent a rooms as this is below any standards. Floor is terrible, dirty, ugly.
Walls same thing dirty,, no coat hangers, no hooks just for the towell. There is no night stand, nothing in the room, walls, hard and uncomfortable bed, dirty couch, dirty floor, noise. Key is huge, if you lost or forgot key in the room there is no reception to help you. There is no person you can talk to.

Air Con not working and the capacity of air con not enough for room and very hot at night

Extremely noisy! It seems that the traffic is inside the room. I couldn't sleep with all that unstoppable noise. The windows glasses even shake from now and then when the train passes, a bus or a truck.

It was too expensive for the uncomfortable noise and the place wasn't nice. The pics don't show the reality.

In the Description it says that the maid comes to clean all 2 days. I stayed for 2 weeks and she only changed my towls and refilled the toilet paper 2 times.
The room has a huge problem with water leaks on the ceiling.
On one side there a little ants coming in the room
If You don’t like weed or the smell you should avoid it since the room is on top of one and you have to walk through it everytime you go outside (for me no problem)

The hotel has no reception, just a phone number and key dispenser. You have to walk true a weed shop with drugaddicts smoking weed. The condo is extremely noisy, on a corner of 2 busy streets. The airconditioning was leaking in the room and staff had placed 2 buckets to catch the water, anyway the floor was wet. Wet floor and electric appliances is dangerous.I could not stay in hazardous conditions, I mentioned the problem, staff send us to another location, went there and then told us, the toilet was broken, no access. I was left stranded with my girlfriend at 22h00 in a unknown area of Bangkok. Nightmare.
