Un style japonais dans un quartier perdu entre petits commerces de banlieue et restauration rapide.
Le personnel à l'arrivée ne parlait pas anglais; peu accueillant, le ton est même monté, j'ai demandé à l'hôtesse si je devait prendre un autre hôtel.
J'ai pris le petit-déjeuner à la limite de l'acceptable, quasi inexistant, personnel presque absent.
Phrae est pourtant une ville très agréable et intéressante, regret d'avoir choisi cet hôtel pressé par le temps.

I booked with pet friendly filtered and chose the family suit option, which booking provided for 4 adults and a cat. However, when I checked in. The staff told me that we can't stay in our room because we have a cat. She moved me to the pet zone room, but it's only for 2 people, not 4. She forced us to pay for extra room (not even give us the room that we booked). The pet zone room was noisy and smelled of dogs. My cat was very restless all night. Not recommend at all for traveling with cat. I'm not satisfied with the so-called no extra charge for the pet policy of this hotel. It's not true. They charged you more and overly price, too

Pros:

The room is spacious. Bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was unfriendly, and the check-in process was very slow despite there being only a few guests.

The shower room was extremely small and lacked basic facilities, such as a bath mat (causing the floor to become wet after a shower), no shower cap etc.

Other hotels offer much better amenities and service at the same price.

The Japanese-style decoration is limited to the exterior of the hotel and is not reflected in the rooms.


The furniture and flooring in the room appear somewhat worn and outdated.

It is noisy from nearby pub.

I will not be returning to this hotel.

Fine for one night stay.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Room was sparsely furnished and the windows looked out over a parking lot and construction site. No restaurants in hotel. The pictures online looked lovely and we thought the room would have a garden view and outdoor seating. A bit disappointed that it was not what we expected.
