The staff were incredible and very helpful with every query.

Cons:

My room was facing the road side
And was very loud all night out of 10 days stay I probably slept 2 . If I had know this I probably would have asked for a room facing the pool

There was construction going on right next door to my room at 5am & then all day the next day, o was not told of in advance. The wifi & electricity would randomly stop working.

The location is great!

Cons:

Newer towels, looking a little grey & worn. The taps in the bathrooms need replacing. The noise levels at the pool need to be monitored. Rooms on level 5 don't have a view.
