This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
It’s a new hotel and still needs a lot of improvements. For 1 night is ok, for more I suggest try to avoid.
First they want deposit of 1,000 baht or your ID document.
Second the water in the room, the bottles outside are for free, the 4 inside the fridge are paid.
In the toilet, which was very bad looking, there is another sign for 5,000 baht if you throw toilet paper in it.
I don’t mind all this but I felt like treated of every my movement.
I tried to check-out earlier because of my flight and at 7:30am there was still no the reception. When I tried to call the number on reception. The phone from inside rang and I realised that I need to wait for check out because my driving licence was there.
Once a receptionist came, he called someone to check the room which took a lot of time, at some point he shouted on the phone and leave the reception running to my room (probably).
Finally I checked out, Kap kun Kap and bye.
Definitely, the worst hotel in Thailand by now.
I dont like any thing about the Floton hotel
All was rubbish , the hotel, the staffs , i booked for 1 month and i spend only one night and the ate all my money , rubbish rubbish and rubbish, the room was full of bugs and ants, there was bugs and ants under my sons pillow and my pillow all rubbish
Staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. There is a massive 7-eleven just a 2 minute walk away. Rajamangala Stadium is a 10 minute drive (without traffic) or a 30 minute walk away.
There are a few discrepancies with the information provided on the site and the actual hotel:
1. No hairdryer
2. Not soundproof. The windows in the room are slat windows so it lets in a lot of sounds and there’s a poster in the room stating that a fine will be charged if you make any noises.
3. The photos make the rooms look nicer than they are, especially the bathrooms which they conveniently don’t show the transparent (no privacy tint), slat windows that face the hallway - providing you with zero privacy in the bathroom. I had to fold a towel over the window but even then everyone will be able to hear you in the bathroom.
There was supposed to be wifi, but mine didn’t work during the entirety of my stay.
No coat hangers.
One of the towels i was provided was stained with black marks.
Their luggage table in the room ripped my fabric suitcase, so be careful.
The location is not great, it’s in an area which felt unsafe, i would not recommend for female travellers.
The bed was comfortable.
Bathroom needed updated but you get what you pay for.
