Lokalizacja, montownia

Cons:

Osoba wydająca klucze nie wydała żadnej instrukcji zameldowania. Po zadaniu pytania przez mnie zdawkowo odpowiedziała nr klatki, mieszkania itp. mówiąc że wszystko mam w rezerwacji, niestety po wjechaniu na parking straciłam zasięg i miałam problem z wejściem do mieszkania. Mina tej młodej osoby nie zachęca do pobytu w państwa apartamencie.
Przy oddawaniu kluczy Pan był bardzo miły, z uśmiechem zapytał jak minął mi pobyt itp.

Super miejsce! Apartament bardzo ładny, czysty i pachnący 🙂 Fajna miejscówka, a znajdująca się obok Montownia gwarantowała dodatkowe udogodnienie w postaci dostępu do dobrej kuchni ☺️ Mega polecam!!!

Cons:

Da vi ankom til stedet, startede problemerne med det samme. Manden, som skulle sidde på kontoret og udlevere nøglerne, var gået ud for at hente pizza, og der var en lang kø. Lige pludselig påstod han, at der var et depositum på min lejlighed, og at jeg skulle betale 500 zł. Han sagde, at det blot var en reservation, men min bank trak pengene med det samme. Det betyder, at der ikke var tale om en reservation af beløbet, men en decideret betaling.

Da vi nåede op på 6. etage, som ejeren havde oplyst, viste det sig, at der slet ikke lå nogen lejlighed med det nummer. Vi fandt tilfældigvis ud af, at lejligheden lå på 7. etage. Nøglerne passede gudskelov, så vi gik ind.

Efter 20 timers kørsel besluttede vi os for at sove lidt, men det var fuldstændig umuligt. Larmen fra en renovering i bygningen – som ejeren i øvrigt selv stod for – var så øredøvende, at vi ikke kunne lukke et øje.

Jeg kontaktede kontoret for at sige, at det var uacceptabelt. Damen i telefonen påstod først, at det ikke var deres lejlighed, og at de ikke kunne gøre noget. Da jeg forklarede hende, at vi kun var endt på den forkerte etage, fordi de havde sendt os forkerte oplysninger, og at lejligheden rent faktisk var deres, lovede hun, at de ville stoppe larmen med det samme. Det gjorde de dog overhovedet ikke.

Jeg tog derefter kontakt til Booking.com. De svarede på mail, at de ikke kunne opnå en aftale med ejeren. Jeg har modtaget nogle penge retur på min konto fra Booking.com sammen med en undskyldning, men vores tur til Gdansk blev fuldstændig ødelagt på grund af denne situation.

Vše bylo v pořádku, rychlá a vstřícná komunikace.
Pros:

Ubytování odpovídá obrázkům, pohovka i postel byly pohodlné, kuchyň dobře vybavená. Výborná byla rychlá komunikace s personálem, okamžitě vše zajistili. V rámci komplexu jsou i obchody a restaurace.

Cons:

Chvíli jsme hledali vjezd do garáže, ale to bylo zřejmě způsobeno tím, že jsme klíče přejímali ze schránky a nemohli nám to vysvětlit osobně. Jedná se o větší komplex,

Fantastyczny pobyt i z pewnością wrócę.
Pros:

Apartament jak i cały obiekt fantastyczny! Parking w podziemiu. Wygodnie, czysto, pachnąco. Wyposażenie-jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz do przygotowania posiłków, kawy i herbaty. 10 min do starego miasta, sklepy w pobliżu i knajpki. Polecam.
