Rakennustyömaat olivat joka puolella. Tyynyt olivat hyvin epämukavat. Toiseksi yöksi saimme pyynnöstä paremmat tyynyt onneksi.

Velika pričakovanja glede na slike, na 4 zvezdice in potem veliko razočaranje.
Pros:

Edina pozitivna stvar v hotelu so njegovi zaposleni. Zelo so prijazni, ustrežljivi in profesionalno opravljajo svoje delo. Da smo gostje nezadovoljni, ni njihova krivda.

Cons:

Na žalost izgled in stanje hotela ter okolica ne ustrezajo fotografijam. Okrog hotela so vsepovsod gradbišča, celo hotelski bazen je obkrožen z njimi. Namesto dreves in parka gledaš žerjave. Soba z balkonom je bila precej draga, a pogled s precej dotrajanega balkona je bil na parkirišče in zabojnike za smeti, le v daljavi si videl jezero. Zajtrk je bil za 4-zvezdnični hotel precejšnja polomija. Kakovost večine ponujenega je bila vprašljiva, preveč je tudi zapakiranih izdelkov, ki so vir množice nepotrebnih odpadkov. V jedilnici je iz zvočnikov donela lokalna radijska postaja, vključno z reklamami in poročili, kar je bilo zelo moteče. Wi-fi v sobi je bil praktično neuporaben. V hotelski avli pa je bil dober.

Alles in allem sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Frühstück Hammer. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Desenzano gut erreichbar über Uferpromenade.
Die Damen am Empfang super freundlich.

Cons:

Keine deutschen Fernsehsender empfangbar. Hotel will sich aber darum kümmern.
Freundlichkeit an der Poolbar verbesserungswürdig.

Veel parking.
Veel plaats aan het zwembad.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Rustig dorpje (Rivoltella), niet overgoten met toeristen.

Hotel gut - Dienstleistungen nicht

Geräumiges Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Tolles Pool. Buffet war ok.

Cons:

Keine Schilder am Pool, dass man vom Rand nicht springen kann. Die Snacks und Getränke an der Poolbar überteuert und die Hamburger absolut ungenießbar! Am Abreisetag verlangt man tatsächlich 10 € / Person, wenn man noch das Pool nutzen möchte. Unverschämt bei dem doch nicht so günstigen Preis....sobald man auscheckt wird man nicht mehr als Gast gesehen. Andere Hotels sind da viel großzügiger. Die junge blonde Dame am Empfang war nicht besonders gastfreundlich eher kühl. Keine gute Wahl für die Rezeption.
