Pros:

Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Area piscina piacevole.

Cons:

Stanza spaziosa ma terribilmente datate, biancheria consumata, moquette del pavimento macchiata e scolorita, bagno ampio ma inadeguato per dimensione della doccia in un jotel 4 stelle. Colazione mediocre a parte la frutta.

Freundliches und sauberes Hotel was aber erstmal wieder ins Business reinkommen muss.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage an sich war eine ruhige. Unser „Familienzimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Sehr hellhöriges Haus. Jede Dusche und Klospühlung hat man schon mitbekommen in der 2.Etage.
Das Hotel scheint gerade erst aus einem Dornröschenschlaf aufgewacht zu sein. Überall wurde noch gemacht und getan. Angebote innerhalb des Hotels war doch sehr wenig bis gar nicht. Die Poolbar hatte nur die Hälfte wirklich im Angebot als es wie auf der Karte stand. Keine Möglichkeit zum Abendessen. Frühstück war gut aber sehr überschaubar.

La jeune fille à l’accueil est très compétente et souriante. La piscine est de qualité et très agréable. Le calme est très agréable.

Un soggiorno piacevole, con un personale davvero eccellente
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e nel complesso abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che, a mio modesto parere, potrebbero essere migliorati.
Le camere risultano un po’ datate rispetto alle aree comuni, che invece sembrano essere state recentemente riammodernate e sono decisamente più piacevoli. In particolare, la presenza della moquette nelle camere può dare, soprattutto se non appare perfettamente pulita e curata, una sensazione di poca pulizia, anche quando magari la pulizia effettiva è stata fatta. Personalmente credo che una pavimentazione diversa renderebbe le camere più fresche, moderne e accoglienti.
Anche la piscina è pulita e piacevole, ma l’area circostante potrebbe essere maggiormente curata, soprattutto per quanto riguarda alcuni residui di sporco e il verde, che in alcuni punti appare un po’ trascurato e incolto.
La vera punta di diamante della struttura è senza dubbio il personale. Abbiamo trovato persone estremamente gentili, disponibili ed empatiche, sempre pronte ad ascoltare e a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta o esigenza. È un valore aggiunto importante e si percepisce la volontà di far sentire l’ospite accolto e seguito.
In definitiva, una struttura con ottime potenzialità, soprattutto grazie alla qualità del personale e agli spazi comuni, che a mio avviso potrebbe fare un ulteriore salto di qualità con un rinnovamento delle camere e una maggiore cura degli spazi esterni.
Una recensione quindi sincera, ma assolutamente positiva per l’esperienza e, soprattutto, per le persone che ci hanno accolto.

Bardzo przyjemny, czysty hotel, z miłą i pomocną obslugą. Czysty i zadbany basen hotelowy. Na piechote, kilkanascie minut spacerkiem mozna dojsc do jeziora.
