The room was a great size for our family of four, 3 adults, 1 15yr old, lovely balcony with lake view . It was clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely, plenty of sunbeds and parasols and a nice garden area to get drinks and snacks. Easily walkable to Desenzano by the lake and close to the train station. Local supermarket 2mins walk away was very handy.
