A quiet base in Osaka for your Kansai travels, near a train station and a supermarket!
Pros:

We loved the location. The place is steps away from a train station (Kishino-Tamade train station on the Nankai line) AND a supermarket. The place was also well-maintained and clean, with no speck of dust when we fist came in.

Cons:

Considering we brought a lot of luggage, access to 2nd and 3rd floor rooms is only through stairs. We only had this problem upon check-in and check-out though, with lifting the luggage.

Great seperate rooms and 2 showers
Pros:

Loved the beds and seperate rooms, plus the 2 showers for when youre in a rush in the morning

Cons:

Location was a little further from the main hub of the city than we realised but that was on us for not checking properly, otherwise the location is lovely and literally a 2 minute walk from the station

Pros:

Ruim appartement met 2 bedden in een rustige woonwijk. Op 900 meter van het metrostation en binnen 15 minuten in het centrum.

Pros:

Place is good. Bedding is really good. The projector is very nice, shower and washer perfect and clean. The inside space is quite nice and spacious we liked it, we did feel real well in there

Cons:

A little dark but that's the configuration of the building and it was known in advance.
More importantly, upstairs neighbours were loud until 4am on the second night. Not sure if possible to enforce house rules a little more, but that did ruin our night, as the building is poorly insulated.

Other than that, without the neighbours, it would all have been great.

Good value, location is not near to train station but loves the vibe of local neighborhood
Pros:

The layout was perfect as we were 3 persons traveling. Each of us had our room and 2 bathrooms.
The living room allowed to gather.

Poucos restaurantes para ir a pé, a maioria Izakaya.

Pros:

Location is really good, barely 2 mins walk from the station (connections everywhere we needed) and super big supermarket right outside the station as well - two major positives for us with big luggages and also easy for breakfast and dinner refills.
Staff is super prompt in responding to any questions, clear instructions for everything and even earlier check-in allowed, as cleaning was done by the time of our arrival (communicated and confirmed in advance).
The apartament is also clean and as avertised in the pictures.
Kitchen well equipped, recommend some basic salt&pepper - would be a good addition.

Cons:

There are no windows to get natural light and no possibility to get fresh air in (there is a window facing the street, but the blinds are pulled down because this apartment is right on the street, and we’ve always kept the blinds down — not sure if it could be opened). These are obvious personal preferences, so may not be an incovenience for someone else - otherwise the apartment has good lightening system in every room.
The walls are really thin, we could hear nearly everything going on around us, there were no parties or music, just the regular walk around the house and regular conversations - sometimes early morning, but mainly late at night.
Also, there was no iron in the apartment and none to be provided either, which we personally could have used.
