Amazing new apartments with everything you need to feel like at home. Dishwasher capsules and washing liquid is included too. We had one with kitchen and sitting area. The staff is very helpful and friendly! Our cattle was leaking the guy changed for us no problem. Also great location with nice view and nearby city centre. We stayed in December so we didn't use the pool as water was too cold, only Jacuzzi was slightly warm. I would definitely comeback when warm season starts. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Ayaz Suites. The accommodation is extremely new, modern, spacious and impeccably clean. We loved the views from the large balcony - over the pools and the bay. The whole complex is tastefully designed and the gym and jacuzzi were great for our winter break. In summer, the pools would be amazing too. Even though it was winter, the pools and surrounding area was tended to daily and was extremely clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We walked into Bodrum marina most days, which was a manageable walk. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

We were the first to stay in the apartment and it was amazing! It was very big, stylish and comfortable. Very good finishes and appliances. The pools and other facilities looked very good but the weather was not great so we did not use it.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they helped me order food as well.

I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a new build and feels modern, clean, and very comfortable throughout. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

The location is good — there are a few steep hills, but it’s about a 25-minute walk to Bodrum Marina or a short taxi ride costing around 220 TL. There’s also a BIM supermarket close by, which was very convenient for groceries and essentials.

I booked one standard room and one two-bed apartment, and both were spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable, with large TVs. The area is quiet but still close to shops and beaches. I visited at the end of December, so it was understandably quiet.

The heated jacuzzi pool was a nice touch, though the two large pools are not heated. The gym is spacious and well equipped. Food delivery apps work well in the area, making it easy to order meals if you don’t feel like cooking.

The property is brand new and offers great facilities between the jacuzzi and 2 heated pools you also have a bar that requires no payment you just ask for a drink and it’s billed when you check out great idea so you don’t need to bring cash or cards near the pool area

Die Unterkunft war einfach richtig gut! Alles neu und hochwertig gebaut! Die Anlage ist sehr sehr schön! Ich war mit meiner Familie inklusive Baby dort und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war auch sehr schön! Einfach nur Klasse. Wir kommen wieder!

The place is new and very well taken care of even in the off season. Everyday I saw someone taking care of the little things around - it was honestly so nice to see.

Hot jacuzzi - God bless! Perfect thing when the swimming pool is way too cold.

Well equipped kitchen, nice living room, cozy light system. The balcony and the view from it is pure blessing.

Me and my family we spent 1 week at the hotel and i cant begin to say how amazing this places is.

For starters the apartment is in extremely good and clean condition and it is set up with everything one would in in a house hold. There is a great washing machine and full cooling set in the kitchen to use which is in also extremely clean condition.

The pool area is also just as good as it looks very clean and everything organised. The pools were just amazing especially the jacuzzi which has its own control panel to adjust for your needs. Beside the Jacuzzi 10 steps away is an amazing gym that has great machines for work out. You will find everything in the gym that one should need.

Special thanks to the staff who were just so kinda and amazing with us over the whole week. They keep everything very clean and organised. There is nothing to complain about everything was better than what we expected. Around the hotel is alot of very friendly beautiful kittens and cats.

Seriously the only issue we had is that we couldn't stay longer. I can 100% can recommend this hotel with everything that comes to it.

This hotel was a game changer. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing, as it was even more beautiful than the photos. Everything felt fresh, with beautiful landscaping, and the facilities were truly high quality — from the pool to the jacuzzi in the yard, and even the outdoor showers. The service was fantastic.

Our apartment was absolutely amazing; from the lighting to the bathroom amenities, everything was top quality. It was fully furnished with all necessary kitchen equipment, and the bedrooms were spotless, fresh, and comfortable, with lovely beds. We also had a great view over the pool and Bodrum, since the hotel is located uphill very, very nice.

Bodrum is not my favorite city in Turkey, but I would definitely come back just to stay in these suites again.
