Niska ocena wynika wyłącznie z portalu hotiday, który sprzedaje pokoje w tym obiekcie. Oferta, którą wybraliśmy, kompletnie odbiegała od rzeczywistości. Zdjęcia przedstawiały zupełnie inny pokój – większy, przestronniejszy, z szafą/garderobą, co pozwalało się swobodnie rozpakować. W rzeczywistości dostaliśmy małe pomieszczenie bez podstawowych udogodnień, przez co walizki i ubrania musiały zostać w kącie, bo po prostu nie było gdzie ich schować. Różnica w przestrzeni pokoju w porównaniu ze zdjęciami jest ogromna.

Czujemy się wprowadzeni w błąd – to zwykłe oszustwo. hotiday, zamiast pomóc i wyjaśnić sprawę, kompletnie zlała temat. Nie odpowiadają na wiadomości, uciekają od odpowiedzialności, tłumacząc się, że zdjęcia są „poglądowe”. W praktyce sprzedają za wysoką cenę coś, co nie ma nic wspólnego z prezentowaną ofertą.

Two downsides: on the evening of Ferragosto, after a wonderful dinner, we briefly left the table and came back to find all our things cleared away (half-full prosecco glasses, bottles, and plates).

Some advertised services (e.g. parking/sea view) were not actually available with our reservation. Unfortunately, the jacuzzis and pool area were not properly clean.

The rooftop restaurant was a bit pricey, comparing to service and food, cause there are a bunch of options in the Mondello town which really tasty, and has relaxing atmosphere.

Foto diverse dalla realtà! Ho preso 2 camere doppie. In realtà camere piccolissime con letto da una piazza e mezza. L’hotel a cui si appoggiano è il Glam hotel di mondello! Le ragazze ci hanno risolto i problemi che questi ci hanno creato! Dimenticavo: letto da una piazza e mezza venduto per doppia/matrimoniake … spazio attorno al letto 30 cm! Queste sono camere da vendere come singole! Non è una struttura seria! Li ho contattati e se ne sono lavati le mani! Signori miei le foto devono essere delle camere che date e non ti altre camere dell’hotel! La pubblicità ingannevole che fate dimostra quanto siete seri e professionali! Catena da evitare!!!

I cannot recommend to stay here. There was a function on at the bar and the noise was extremely loud. Before in the early evening and then also after the function the staff were moving and dragging heavy furniture around directly above the room until 1:30 am. In the morning once again the noise has returned. There has not been one moment in the room so far where there hasn’t been extremely loud noise. Please warn your guests if there will be a function or give them another room as the noise was unbearable and was unable relax at all or to sleep. Would not stay here again, it is not worth the money paid to have a room you cannot enjoy or sleep in. The staff did nothing to compensate.

The only problem was our first room was very ,very small but they were able to move us on our second night to a little bigger room. Also our shower head and safe were broken.
