Wouldn’t recommend at all.
Cons:

We arrived at the property with them telling us they moved us to another hotel without any prior communication. The hotel they moved us to was lovely however it was 21 minutes away from where we needed to be. Once we arrived at the property they moved us to they were not made aware of our original accommodations and gave us a room with one bed for 4 guests. They also tried charging for parking which should have been covered, as we were told by Hollywood. Communication from Hollywood was extremely poor and made for chaos that shouldn’t have occurred. Expecially when you are traveling with kids in a busy city. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Bad location for parking. We turned around and drove all the way back to London Ontario that same night and never stayed
Pros:

Location is great. Except the demolition and construction in the vicinity making entering the parking garage impossible and one way street navigation- terrible.

Cons:

They need better signage for parking entrances. Or directions in the app to guide guests. The construction has made access impossible. We drove for 3 hours trying to get parking and then the hotel allowed so many free parking while Supercross was on, the Tigers game and hockey that as guests- we had no parking available.

We had a blast staying here and we will definitely be back to enjoy what the hotel has to offer!
Pros:

I loved the decor the lobby had and the room was amazing, it was on the smaller side but worked perfectly for the two of us!

Cons:

Just that the casino has that smoke smell to it and it lingers through the hotel.
