The service was disappointing. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

After staying there, I can honestly say there wasn’t much I liked about it.

Cons:

1. The front desk staff were not friendly.
2. When we entered our room, there were no towels provided. We checked in at 4:15 p.m. and requested towels immediately. The front desk staff told us we would only receive them at around 7:00 p.m. because they were short-staffed. He promised to deliver them earlier, but that promise was not kept. We eventually received the towels at 7:00 p.m.
3. The room was booked for two people, but only one hanger was available
