Pros:

L hôtel est propre, personnel souriant et professionnel
J avais oublié mon téléphone et chargeur au moment du Check out, je m en suis aperçu que plusieurs heures plus tard, lorsque je les ai contactés, ils avaient pris soin de me garder mes effets personnels et j’ai pu les récupérer

Pros:

ノースパタヤバスターミナルから徒歩10分。レンタルバイクショップからも徒歩10分。シャワー室が仕切られていて使いやすい。部屋が広くて、きれい。湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫、コーヒーカップ、ボディソープ、シャンプーなどアメニティが揃ってる。スタッフが親切。

perfect hotel for me - mt new Pattaya home for the future
Pros:

the location was a winner for me. Also liked to big pool & the overall design of the hotel. If you rent a scooter you have a covered place to park . no sun or rain will hit the vehicle. The staff was great & helped me with every request. I will come back there for sure.

Die Betten waren sehr gut und das Personal war erstklassig.

Cons:

Hotelgäste die im Swimmingpool mit Unterhose oder komplett mit Sachen baden waren. Schrank im Zimmer müsste mal erneuert werden. Schiebetüren waren defekt. Nicht reparabel deshalb habe ich sie sicherheitshalber entfernen lassen.
Dusche funktionierte nicht mehr. Neue Mischbatterie wurde kurzerhand ausgetauscht. Liegen am Pool zu wenig und einige davon sogar defekt.

Pros:

Avec un petit problème de petit déjeuner,le directeur et les hôtesses ont fait un maximum d'efforts pour nous satisfaire.
Leur gentillesse, leur efficacité est très remarquable et mérite un 20 sur 20.
C'est très rare de voir un directeur d'hôtel passer au tant de temps pour satisfaire sa clientèle.
Une solution de trouvée où le client n'est pas perdant, bien au contraire.BRAVO et MERCI.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner, mais solution très très rapidement trouvée par le directeur de l'hôtel.
En plus,en guise d'excuse il nous a offert un très bon gâteau.

Very good hotel i would recommend
Pros:

The hotel was great and the pool was directly outside most rooms. The reception staff were exceptional and always there to help. When we had a slight issue it was fixed in an instant by the maintenance staff. We will definately stay again.

Cons:

The restaurant breakfast only really catered for Indian tastes which I suppose if your main clientele no worries. There was only one coffee machine and this on many occasions did not work, We still got coffee from the staff but talking to other western tourists this breakfast was also a concern

Pros:

Tutto perché è vicino al centro commerciale Terminal 22 15' a piedi e usandola rood 3 in 20' si arriva al BC extra. Inoltre il personale è eccezionale

В общем и целом было хорошо, учитывая что возникшие проблемы помогал решить персонал и в Тайланде нет смысла 24/7 пр

Персонал который решал возникшие проблемы и всегда были радушны, хороший бассейн, довольно неплохое расположение и разумная ценообразование. У нас был улучшенный номер с кингсайз кроватью, для большего комфорта надо брать домики вокруг бассейна(прикрепил фото)

Cons:

Первый номер в котором было очень грязно, выход на балкон был через окно и тесный, но нам его поменяли и заявленный вид на город был на соседнее здание буквально в 1,5 метра от нас где висели кондиционеры. Ходили смотреть местный завтрак, он больше заточен на Индийской кухне(шведский стол), поэтому ходили в другие отели где европейские.
Довольно тонкие стены, очень слышно соседей.
