Hotel sympa, personnel sympathique mais impossibilité totale de se déplacer en voiture autour.
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel et personnel à l'accueil très compétent et agréable.
Commodités dans l'hôtel ( machine à café au rez de chaussée) et équipement dans la chambre ( micro-onde, bureau, frigo, armoire...)

Cons:

Absence totale de parking autour, obligation de prendre un parking payant au prix exhorbitant ( 70 euros pour deux jours de stationnement) et propreté moyenne de la chambre à notre arrivée ( évier salle de bain salle).
Lit très petit pour deux personnes.

Feels like a hostel but you have your own bathroom

Cons:

This place feels more like a college dorm or fraternity house than a proper residence. It’s a total maze — tons of doors, confusing layout, and not all elevators go to every floor. One of the staff even gave me the wrong directions, so I ended up dragging my big suitcase around just to find the right elevator.

The location isn’t great either. It's near Bocconi, but there's no metro, only a packed tram. I ended up walking 30 minutes to Duomo after waiting for two full trams.

The room was very small and basic — no hair dryer or appliances at all. I asked to check out at 12, but 3 different staff members were already knocking at 11:45 telling me to leave. It is cheap for Milan, but overall not a comfortable stay.

I loved the location and proximity to Milan central was quick.
Pros:

Great location and great staff. Access to laundry was great. I was traveling for 3 weeks. Facilities were clean
