Buen alojamiento y gestión profesional
Pros:

Hemos pasado unos días en este hotel y, en general, la experiencia fue buena. La habitación era cómoda, estaba limpia y la ubicación nos resultó muy práctica.

Cons:

La única incidencia ocurrió la última noche, cuando unos huéspedes de la habitación de al lado hicieron mucho ruido de madrugada y, debido al aislamiento acústico, nos despertamos y nos fue imposible volver a descansar con normalidad. El personal de recepción actuó de forma rápida y profesional en cuanto les avisamos.

Tras nuestra estancia presentamos una reclamación explicando lo sucedido y el hotel respondió con mucha rapidez. Aunque no compartían todos nuestros argumentos, tuvieron el detalle de reembolsarnos el importe de la última noche como gesto comercial, algo que agradecemos y que demuestra una buena atención al cliente.

En definitiva, fue una experiencia positiva con un incidente puntual que el hotel gestionó de forma correcta. Por ello, lo recomendaríamos y valoramos positivamente la forma en que resolvieron el problema.

Youth hotel not far from duomo
Pros:

Located 20min walk away from duomo or like 10min with a tram. Very big hotel, quite spacious rooms and bathroom, good AC.

Cons:

This hotel mainly hosts students and young people, the rooms are designed for their needs, not that it is a bad thing but it’s definitely targeting youth. The pillows were very hard. In general nothing was really bad.

Che la struttura è in una zona tranquilla con servizio di mezzi.
Ben fatte le aree comuni, con a disposizione anche l'acqua.

Cons:

La pulizia, c'era ma si poteva fare molto meglio.

Prachtig hotel op een fijne plek in de stad Milaan.
Pros:

Grote koele ruime kamer
Fijne grote badkamer
Je kunt spullen voor de keuken bij de receptie halen dat was prima.

Cons:

Het bed was voor deze ruimte erg smal en wij wisten niet dat er om de 2 dagen schoongemaakt werd.
En tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen was er niet schoongemaakt..
