I still like the hotel as a whole.
The fact that it is next to the starting venue of the Absa run your city race is still excellent for me. And it will always be my perfect choice.

Cons:

This time the service was worse compared to the last time I visited the hotel. In every area.
1.The time we were checking in it took us very long before we could check in, I don't know if it was the system or the people who was doing that, nobody bothered to explain to us. Fine. We proceeded to the room
2.we only found one set of things as if the room will only be occupied by one person. Being the towels, glass and cups. We called the reception to notify them but they were never brought untill dinner time when we go there personally. As if it was the end no...
3.The restaurant. We asked how much does a buffet cost we were told R300.fine my friend decided to opt for it.
When we supposed to pay we were told a different price. Asking why we were told the person assisted us is a student she mixed the breakfast and dinner prices. Okay fine when she was asked she told them that she wasn't told of the different prices of the breakfast and dinner.
Then again the person who was taking our menus at the restaurant was so not friendly, client service was on zero level. No smile,no talking nothing. She didn't even come back to check if we needed anything or not. When she come back later to take the plates she just removed them without talking to us, did you enjoy the food, was everything ok niks.
CT is our favorite hotel when we come to races like Absa run your city and Mandela race taking place at union building. We always got a good service but this time it was different we were disappointed 😞 Hope for a better service next time.

Horrible
Pros:

Nothing, to think that I looked forward to staying there. Worse experience ever. They even made my daughter to cry, the pool was not working after I called and asked that I’m bringing my daughter for that specific reason. The room booked was not what I paid for.

Cons:

The breakfast, the staff communicate differently about the hotel, the checking in is the slowest.

Lovely Hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a vintage feel.

Cons:

The bathtub at 312 did not close. The breakfast was a bit average. The pillows and duvets may need to be replaced.

My stay at CT HOTEL
Pros:

The hotel was nice,.comfortable, it made out stay enjoyable.
The breakfast was also great. Can't complain.
The rooms were clean, the gym was also clean. I enjoyed using it.

Cons:

The coffee was terrible.
They can invest more on their coffee, buy coffee beans for the coffee lovers.

Very pleasant. comfortable and enjoyable. Will visit again as I have done in the past.
Pros:

I always like the hotel as well as its predecessor. Room was comfortable and the day and night view over the Union Buildings and Union Garden was awesome.

Cons:

Service at supper unfortunately was below expectations.
