L’hôtel a tenté de facturer un supplément pour me me permettre de disposer de la chambre à 13:30 au lieu de 15:00 l’heure annoncée pour disposer de la chambre.
Je n’ai pas accepté, ils ont fini par me donner la chambre au moment du checkin à 13:30.
Je trouve que c’était mesquin et inélégant pour un établissement 5*. Je leur conseille de ne plus le refaire
