My stay was good the only disappointment was breakfast
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. No noise very quiet and. relaxing.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good. You have to wait for a while to get eggs done. Hot food was not on point.

Rather a 3 Star Hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

Rooms are not at 5 star standard in terms of maintenance to room self.
No utlery in the rooms, only two glasses for the room. One of which was in the bathroom. TV is outdated and is not working properly. Wifi is only working in the bathroom and not in the room self.

Extremely disappointed by the quality and professionalism of the staff and attention to basic detail
Pros:

Cons:

1.The staff of the hotel was very unprofessional and unorganized. Checking in was very time consuming and difficult.
2. Parking for the night was charged as an additional charge.
3. Our reservation for dinner could not be confirmed by the restaurant staff. Nobody informed us on the nature of the menu for dinner. We assumed it was buffet only, but later realized people were having a la carte as well. Nobody came around to take any order for drinks. It took almost 30 minutes to make a simple payment after our meal. Nobody knew what the bill was - I had to inform the staff on what we ate and what we drank. Everybody ahead of us were having trouble to settle their bills. We could easily have just walked away without paying... No management whatsoever...
4. At the lifts, the old Sheraton signage have just been taped over with masking tape and paper.
5. The hotel room had no brochure or information leaflet about the facilities, telephone numbers for room service/reception etc.
6. The bathroom did not have all the towels required - a bathmat for instance was not provided.
7. The safe in the room was not operational and continued giving an error message when we tried to close it with a new code.
8. On Saturday morning at about 9h00 (before we had breakfast) the staff already knocked on our door to see if we have checked out because they wanted to clean the room. They did the same just after 10h00.
9. All in all a very disappointing experience.
