Our establishment is open every day from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Outside of reception opening hours, head to the hotel entrance where a Room Kiosk allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, have your reservation number and credit card ready for payment, then follow the on-screen instructions.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the hotel lobby door if applicable.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Neues Hotel OK, individuell offensichtlich Qualifikationsdefizite.
Pros:

Auf die Möglichkeit des Frühstücks wurden wir im Gegensatz zu einer früheren Übernachtung nicht hingewiesen und haben sie im Gegensatz zu der früheren Übernachtung auch nicht wahrgenommen.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft hatte der Herr an der Rezeption nichts anderes zu tun als mit dem Finger auf unseren Dackel zu zeigen und zum Ausdruck zu bringen, dass wir so nicht übernachten könnten. Er machte sich zunächst nicht einmal die Mühe am Computer zu überprüfen dass wir die Nacht schon vollständig bezahlt hatten, ebenso eine 2. Nacht 2 Tage vorher (im Rahmen einer Stornierung aus gesundheitlichen Gründen) und vor einer geraumen Zeit eine Nacht (selbstverständlich mit Dackel). Er bequemte sich erst nach unserem nachdrücklichem Beharren diese selbstverständliche Pflicht nachzuholen und gab uns Zimmer und "überteuerte" (S. Werbung von B&B im Internet für Haustiere!!) Rechnung für unseren Dackel.

Pros:

Hotel bien sécurisé, à l'arrivée personnel accueillant, literie au top, espaces pour poser ses affaires un peu minimaliste. Propreté exemplaire, ne changez rien. Petit-déjeuner parfait, bien achalandé.

Cons:

La salle de bain était très très propre mais un peu exigüe et il fallait faire très attention pour ne pas glisser dans la douche car le receveur est trop lisse et devient hyper glissant une fois mouillé.
