Hotel verdient nicht 5 Sterne
Pros:

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Lage,.Habe sofort andere Zimmer bekommen als ich mich beschwert habe das in Bad schimmel zu sehen ist.

Cons:

Badezimmer war schmutzig, mit schimmel befallen, es hat gestunken in dem Zimmer. Das hotel war fast leer. Warum habe ich diese Zimmer bekommen?

Pros:

Персонал готелю дуже вічливий і привітний. Номери просторі і чисті.

Cons:

Холодні басейни на вулиці, і басейн без підігріву в середині. скорочена робота всього готелю в період з 7.11
Відсутність анімації. Дуже слабий вибір в ресторані. Жодної денної анімації. Дуже не привітні і не зацікавлені в роботі з дітьми аніматори (окрім Люби). - могли навіть не вітатись коли ти заходив у дитячий клуб. Холодний дитячий басейн(градусів напевно 16-18).

Ціна і кількість/якість сервісу не відповідає. До 5 зіркового готелю ще дуже далеко
Pros:

Дуже ввічливий і привітний персонал. І чисті номери

Cons:

Купувала все самостійно,тож ціни на кожен день я точно знаю. І вони не відрізнялись (в період з 31.10 по 7.11 і з 7.11) але в готелі в ці два періоди відбулись дуже значні для відпочиваючих зміни. А саме - відключили водні гірки, перестали проводити вечірню анімаційну программу, прибрали на пляжі «тінь» у вигляді навісів, а також пірс розібрали і прибрали доріжки. З моря забрали буйки і рятівника :) Ресторан, денний, снек-бар перейшов на скорочене меню з 5 позицій. Ресторани а-ля карт зачинились. Денні розваги, яких і так було мало, по типу дартс - теж прибрали.
Вважаю що готель в першу чергу має про це повідомляти, ну і в другу чергу ціна теж має відрізнятись в такому випадку.
Харчування в головному ресторані (сніданок/обід/вечеря) ніби значно не змінились. За що дякуємо. Але ж ми приїхали не тільки їсти ….

А ввечері нас чекав ще один «сюрприз» серед двох критих басейнів - дитячий закрили. :)
А коли ми вийшли з хамаму в 18:42 - виявилось що басейн , вхід в нього взагалі закритий. А всередині лишились дитячий візок, рушники і речі. Довелось бігати мокрим з дитиною на руках на рецепцію шукати хто відкриє нам двері, щоб забрати все. Хоча час роботи зазначений до 19:00

Все це, нажаль дуже засмучує і портить враження від відпочинку.

Все понравилось, супер отель! Были проездом на 2 дня, до этого останавливались в Кемере, на один день тоже в отеле 5 звезд, за такую же цену. Там вот реально раз в 10 хуже по всем параметрам. Очень хочу еще раз заехать на подольше)

Хороший отель на первой линии с приятной едой и хорошими возможностями для спорта

Еда отличная. Месторасположение отличное. Спортивная анимация хорошая. СПА отличный.

Cons:

Нет номеров с полным видом на море с одной кроватью, только с двумя раздельными. Поэтому довольствовались частичным видом на море. Персонал пытался решить этот вопрос, но номерной фонд не позволил получить полностью устраивающий номер.

A wonderful, truly special family holiday!
Pros:

We loved everything about our family stay! The check-in was very fast, and the reception manager was incredibly kind and helpful.
Our Junior Suite with a pool view was perfect—very calm, a great size for our family, and had a huge, comfortable bed. Our cleaning lady was wonderful, always smiling and keeping the room spotless.
The facilities are fantastic for families. The pools were always clean, and our daughter loved the Kids Club, playground, and all the entertainment. We want to give a very special thank you to Melisa from the animation team; she was so kind and made our daughter's holiday truly special.
The food was great, with good variety at the buffets and à la carte restaurants. We especially loved the Turkish dishes! The restaurant manager was very helpful, and all the bar and restaurant staff were lovely.
A huge highlight was the spa. We had a hammam and full-body massage, and it was truly amazing. Our daughter loved it too!
The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach and very close to Belek centre and Land of the Legends (which we highly recommend). We had a wonderful time.

Cons:

There wasn't much we disliked, but there were two small things. We noticed that the shops inside the hotel were selling items at prices about four times more expensive than in the city centre, which is only a 5-minute car ride away. Also, it would be great if fresh orange juice was available at all the bars, not just at the main restaurant for breakfast.

La formule all inclusive appréciable. Structure moderne et spacieuse. Extérieur spacieux et accès à la mer directe. Végétation, parcs bien entretenus. Plusieurs Bassins dispos.
Nombreux buffets et nourriture très bonne.

Cons:

Certains employés du service hôtelier ne comprennent pas suffisamment l'anglais. (Buffet, restaurant)

Не понимаю хвалебных отзывов. Грязно, еда как в дешевой пакетной 5ке. Отравился в первый день так, что 3 дня на таблетках. С рвотой, диареей и тп. Море - грязное как всегда в Белеке.

Отель очень хороший. Мы первый раз были в этом отели. Отличное месторасположение, первая береговая линия, много зелени, необычных растений и цветов. Особая благодарность поварам, всё было очень вкусно.
