離兩個電車站都很近幾乎5分鐘內都會到，附近還有24小時的超市，喜歡自己做飯的人很推薦來

浴室有烘乾衣服的設備， 衣服經過一晚就能乾，有給洗衣粉，沐浴精、洗髮精、護法乳，有鍋子、煎鍋、抹布、垃圾袋、冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、熱水壺、蒸汽熨斗、吸塵器、空氣清淨機、拖鞋、毛巾浴巾、餐盤、碗、筷子、刀叉，煮菜刀、剪刀、濾食物水槽網袋，有餐桌，床頭有插頭，有小陽台，衣架給的份量很足夠，廁所的備品衛生紙也很夠份量

目前都滿滿意，但是沒有砧板，所以我們去3coins 買了砧板

Very convenient
Pros:

The unit has its own washing machine, and the bathroom even has a drying function for clothes — super helpful, especially during winter travel. You don’t have to pack too many clothes since you can just do laundry every day. By the time you get back, your clothes are already dry and ready to wear again. This means that there’s more luggage space for your souvenirs!

Wir buchen nächstes Jahr, wenn wir in Osaka sind es auf jeden Fall noch mal
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage der inmitten von zwei Hauptverkehrsader ist in dem Fall JR line sowie Subway. Sehr viel Platz hat uns ultra überrascht. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und der Fakt, dass man seine eigene Waschmaschine hat und es auch noch trocknen konnte, war jeden Cent Wert.

雖面馬路車聲難免有，但淺眠的我還是睡得不錯 希望玄關可放全身鏡 鞋櫃上層若能改成吊外套的會更好

整體來說很好，上述細節（鍋子太小、浴室化妝台無掛衣物的地方、暖氣只有一處）如能改進將更完美
Pros:

位置非常好（離今宮戎2分鐘、大國町6分鐘、新今宮15分鐘左右），到難波徒步20分鐘內，
整體乾淨
採光很好
有電梯、小廚房、冰箱（有冷凍庫）
有投影設備（可看youtube，但無電視台）
可以隨時丟垃圾且可以不用分類
可以用line即時跟客服人員詢問

Cons:

暖氣只有一處，天氣冷的時候廚房那邊就會有點冷（客廳可以加個電暖毯、或提供可移動的電暖扇更好）
廚房的鍋子有點小（大概一兩人份的量），電磁爐只有一個
浴室化妝台沒有放換洗衣物的地方
